Had my nails done Monday afternoon, went into work that night and within my shift the gel polish already had a chip in it. The next day another nail had chipped polish as well and it was even bigger and more obvious than the first. I work three 12 hour night shifts in a row though so I didn't have time to immediately go back in because I need to be asleep by the time they're open. By the time my three days was up, one of the nails was on its way to falling off. I have never gotten my nails done at a place and paid over $50 with tip just to have them not even last for four days. I've also never had polish chip on salon nails before; usually they last for at least two weeks and the polish never chips the nails just last until they start to fall off. It was so bad, I don't know where to begin. First, who still uses Dremels? Second, it was a cluster from beginning to end. She hurt my toe, she filed my SKIN when she was using the buffer block, and then she finally made my cuticle bleed - and acted like she didn't see blood. No antiseptic or anything. This place deserves zero stars got my nails done last Friday 6 days ago and today they all fell off and then I called to see what they were going to do since they must have not put them on right and they offered to do them again if I paid them more would definitely never tell anyone to come here on top of that they didn't even do them the way I wanted which was even more annoying. read more

Do Not Patronize!! Very Rude and torturous! Older nail tech brutally ripped tips off of a minor/ teen when requested by parent to please soak for gentler method of removal in preparation for back to school sport activities. Did not even remove all of acrylic residue, just filed into nail bed underneath, how unsanitary and painful! Owners are known to carry loud and unruly conversations in the shop during client services and do not show gratitude ever. Do Not Patronize this disrespectful and unappreciative place! read more

I have on been to this salon for pedicures. It has always been a pleasant experience. The prices are reasonable, and that's one of the things that first drew me in. One time, I had an older woman who did a good job, but it felt rushed. The language barrier can be tough. However, I recently returned and was attended by a young woman, who was absolutely fabulous. She was meticulous and my toes look perfect! She was also a real pleasure to talk to while I was there. I wish I'd gotten her name; I will definitely have to ask next time. read more

I love this place! I cheated on them and found out a hard lesson : they are the best! They took off the last gel color i had put on. Painlessly. He kept asking me is i was ok. Now i understand why! I had a friend come in town and had time to kill for a long layover and really needed to get a fill in. I normally go to a place in Kirkwood so I wanted to find something closer to the airport. Went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax at lunch....worst pedi ever. The man doing my nails was rough to say the least. It's suoposed to be enjoyable and relaxing. He didn't put on a top coat. It looks like I did it myself. Honestly, it couldn't have been any less of a satisfying experience. I would not recommend this place. read more

Pros: reasonable price, entertaining staff, my nails look really pretty. Cons: they reuse tools, the uv light felt like it was burning my fingers, the gentleman left residual gel polish on my fingers, and it wasn't the nicest looking place. All in all I'm from out of town and I'm used to my own salons. I wouldn't frequent this salon anyway though. The sheer fact that they reuse tools should've sent me running but i was in dire need and don't know the area. He did a great job on my nails. They did look very beautiful after I cleaned them up. I would suggest you keep looking for a more presentable salon. read more

One and done! The man that did my nails was rude and not very gentle. I am pretty tough, but he was not paying attention and hit my skin several times with the dremel tool and made them bleed. I made the comment that he was being to rough and the other worker in the salon said she would finish my nails. He got up put his hat on and walked out of the salon. The damage was already done. The shape is bad, they are too thick and will need to be redone. Please don't waste your time or money. read more

I would NEVER recommend this salon and if I didn't have better things to do with my time, I'd stand outside their doors and tell people to try another salon. I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been very happy with my gel powder dip nails from Bebo Nails in St Peters but I was looking for somewhere closer to work. Stopped at Nails and Spa and was happy with the service they provided. My nails turned out fine and aside from not having very many colors to choose from it was satisfactory. Next day I woke up with a chipped nail. Not sure when I did it but it wasn't salvageable. I waited a day because I was going out of town and I stopped into the salon after work onmy way to the airport. I was told that it would be at least a half hour before they could get to my one nail to fix. This was inconvenient since I had to get to the airport but what really set me off was being told "You must have hit it wrong" multiple times. I'm sorry but my nails are on my fingers and I use my fingers for about everything. If your product can't stand up to normal wear and tear after LESS THAN A DAY....then you shouldn't be in business. I left town with one nail looking terrible and decided I'd just trim it best I could. One week after I had gotten my nails done a second nail broke. I clipped that one down and filed it as best as I could. And a few days after that I had another nail come off from the bottom and yet a 4th nail chip. I realize that manicures don't last forever but the gel powder dip for $35 ought to last me more than a night, a week and 2 weeks, wouldn't you think? Bebo's Nails did them and they lasted an entire month and a half before one of them chipped - and it chipped only because I had let them get so incredibly long that it caught on something. I would NEVER recommend this salon and if I didn't have better things to do with my time, I'd stand outside their doors and tell people to try another salon. read more

Went here to get an overlay with gel polish. The next day my polish was chipping on three nails and gel is supposed to last longer than regular polish. I called so that I could get them polished again and they told me the same person would have to do it for me or else they would charge me. Very poor business tactics. I didn't want the same person to polish my nails because she kept making smart unprofessional remarks while she was doing my nails. I wouldn't suggest this nail shop. read more
