My experience differed greatly from these. I actually talked to the owner who explained that after the incidents described, she had to fire pretty much everybody from her studio. She is now the sole masseuse there, but let me tell you, she was awesome. I had a deep tissue massage, and she focused on all the problem areas that I specified. She has over 10 years experience and it shows! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that while it's a cleanly atmosphere, it's a little dark and cold-looking in the actual massage room. It may not be the most aesthetically relaxing place, but it the massage is worth every penny. If you choose to go here (which I would gladly recommend), make sure you go to the second floor, at the end of the hallway! That would've saved me a few minutes ;-)
