The week of the massage, I got an email from them saying it was cancelled, and they did not list a reason. So, I called and texted multiple times but never got a response. I finally contacted Groupon and went through a lengthy process to get refunded, since Ari's claimed that I had redeemed the coupon. I got Groupon to remove that coupon from their site, so hopefully no one else will fall into the same trap as me (and about 7 others, from the looks of these reviews) fell into.

When we arrived, the location was very different from what the website led us to expect. It's located in a strip mall, and there was even a boarded-up broken window nearby, which didn't create the relaxing, upscale first impression we were anticipating. We had specifically reserved the East Meets West massage and facials based on the services listed on the website. However, once we arrived, the menu of services available at the spa was completely different from what was advertised online. It was disappointing because we chose this spa specifically for those treatments. I understand that businesses update their offerings, but the website should accurately reflect the current location, atmosphere, and available services. Keeping online information up to date would help set the right expectations and avoid disappointing customers. I hope they update their website so future guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

Upon arriving i was greeted by someone at the front desk who seemed shocked to see me due to the fact that she was laying down when I entered. I informed the receptionist that I had an appointment & gave her my name. She proceeded to ask what I booked as if she was not expecting me. After sorting everything out they told me it would be $60 up front + an additional $2 dollar card processing Fee. After paying i checked my bank account and noticed I was charged $74 ?? I assumed this was an automatic $12 dollar tip that came out, so I didn't bother saying anything. During my massage I was very DISSATISFIED. She spent atleast 40 minutes focusing on my legs/calves and 20 minutes on my feet. When I specifically booked a (Foot Massage). In between my massage she left the room TWICE to attend to the front ! After the massage was over I went to leave. As I was walking out she asked "How do you want to tip? Cash or card?" as if I was obligated to give a tip!! I opened up my bank account and showed her that I was charged $74 instead of $60! She offered to call the owner after apologizing & stating it was a mistake. I told her it wasn't necessary and to just keep the extra fee that was taken out as a tip. The reason for 2 stars is because despite my massage not being focused 100% on my feet, the portion that was spent on my feet was okay. I do not recommend this place. It's a coincidence that every review is 5 Stars and there's only a few. Be careful ...
