Working construction for thirty years leaves you with a lot of body damage. I did sixty minute deep tissue massage. The room was clean and the young lady very experienced and talented. Started with rub down then she walked on my back. Then started oil massage. I have nerve damage in my right hip and lower back issues. She found every trigger point. I could go on and on. Clean private room for massage. Located inside Lamplighter Square Shopping Center, in between St Louis Pizza & Wings and Statefarm. An hour of oil massage was $70, which included full body massage. They also have CBD oil as an option for an up charge. My back and neck is due for some loosening and I've been to a handful of foot flexology and body massages - always asking for strong hands and deep massages too. But this is the first time I get my back stepped on and O Boy! my back was cracking and cracking, in a very good way! It's a cross between gripping tightly and breathing out in great relief because she was so strong and my muscles were loosening at the same time. NOTE the bars at the ceiling, they don't put their full body strength on you! Haha. As I like my masseuse to be strong and having deep tissue massage, her hands were not strong enough for my sore shoulders or feet massage. Overall, clean room, friendly staff who speak mostly Chinese and will offer a small bottle of water at the end of your visit. Option to give tip with cash or adding to credit card at the end. Edit: my back/shoulders have not felt this loose and relax in a long time. It appears their style was what my body needs and knots disappeared in the morning! I called a few hours ahead for an appointment and they got me right in on a Saturday midday. I thought that was so awesome instead of waiting for one of the big name massage places who couldn't get me in until the next day. I am on a journey to increase my jing and overall qi as I get older and that includes massage therapy. This place is perfect for that. The pricing is great also. I'm not sure who my therapist was today because I get a little nervous in new environments and forget things, but she was great. The massage was ok, I might've gone back but my massage therapist left the door open to my room during the entire massage which made me very uncomfortable. Especially as I could hear other clients walking back and forth, and other staff would come in the room to grab items. The space is clean and nice but this made me feel unsafe and for that I wouldn't return. read more

The first thing that struck me about Sunshine Massage after I used the restroom is that it is immaculate. It is not just clean on the surface but it is so clean I asked how long the business has been open...5 years. It looked like new construction clean.
