There was nothing under my legs when I was on my back to keep my back from hurting. When I was on my stomach, there was nothing under my ankles and my foot hurts so bad having it in that position. I have arthritis and I hurt in many places but they did not have me fill out any paperwork or ask me any questions about that and they made me hurt worse than I was in most places. The people working here are Asian and I couldn't hardly understand any English that they said. It was also loud because of street traffic and they were having a bathroom fixed right next to where I was. The best part was is that she said I did not remember to give her a tip. My husband and I decided to get a couple's massage for a date night, and I'm so happy we did! I think that might have been the best massage ever. First, the beds are very comfortable and they're wide enough for plus size guests to lay down with their arms on the table still. If you're plus size, you know what a big deal that is. The therapists were skilled and I'm pretty sure I melted right into the bed as I relaxed. We'll definitely be back! Today I went for a massage. The women were friendly and respectful towards me, however I felt they were not very attentive with my needs. It did not have a "spa" feel to it. There was no relaxing music or scents or oils. The woman used suave lotion on me. The room was difficult to breathe in. I had my head faced down, my nose became dry bc there was not any moisture in the air. I felt that the woman hardly understood what I was asking for. She also acted as if I was frustrating her when I told her what I want... however at the beginning of the massage she asked me to tell her my needs as she goes. She did the opposite that I asked for. She also asked me "if I ever had a massage before" and I said yes... but it just seemed like she was not interested in making me a regular client. I've been worried about my back lately since I've been really sore lately. I didn't want it to get worse so I figured I should go get a massage first and if it goes downhill from there go see a chiropractor. Well I'm happy to say that this was one of the best decisions I ever made. Very relaxing environment and they just take care of you there. I heard my spine pop a few times and it was so good. I called in for a same day appointment and was accommodated. The room was clean and cozy. My massage therapist was very nice and the pressure was perfect. I have received massages at many different locations previously. This massage was alittle different than I've had previously. It started with on top of the blanket pressure, which I thought maybe was just because of covid. But after that, the oils came out and the massage was great. I was especially tight from having surgery not too long ago and going back to work and physical therapy. Was alittle disappointed that my feet got absolutely no attention at all, as well as the top of my legs, so my thighs and feet are still achy. I did get a wonderful scalp massage though. Overall it was a good massage, but the place could have some more relaxing music and if foot services were offered separately, I would have liked to known previously, as I would have scheduled accordingly. read more
