Well we had a scare the day of the appointment, and I just needed to reschedule or have them work with us somehow. I understand their time is valuable but they showed no mercy, no empathy for us not being able to make the appointment. I could have provided documentation from my doctor even but there only choice was for us to find another pregnant woman to take my spot! I dont leave negative reviews often, but this was terrible business. I was hoping to find a spa I could attend after pregnancy because of my back but this will not be the place for me and I don't recommend for anyone else unless you nvr plan on having emergency situations come about.
