So I booked an appointment with Tom and he blew my mind!!! It's like he knew exactly what to do to help my neck and shoulder pain! Everything about his massages are perfect! I'm so glad I decided to choose this place over any other place! I've had massages before and I always left feeling the same or left feeling like I got beat up by 100 men, but not here. I immediately feel 100x better when I leave! Thank you Tom!

Twice she has eliminated very painful back pain in a 90 min session - she concentrates every second of the massage on you, and is very compassionate as an added plus. While I still highly recommend Cloud Nine's Maplewood site, those living farther West can book at the O'Fallon site with Taylor with strong confidence - Cloud Nine still receives my highest possible recommendation!

I would like to give zero stars but it isn't and option. My husband just came home a half an hour…read moreearly from his 90 minute massage with Heather. When asked what happened he looked visibly shaken and said that 45 minutes into the massage she abruptly stopped and said " I can't do this anymore." She explained to my husband that her " energy " was being attacked and that he didn't have good energy or that he could have been a "Warlock". Yep a Warlock. He kept saying I don't understand. Still he managed to get himself together, pay this woman, with tip, and come home. After explaining this all to me I got in my car and went over to talk with her. She reluctantly came to the door and I asked her why on earth she could professionally say or do any of these things. She went on and on about her Chakra energy that was being attacked while in the room with my husband of 40 years. Only a Warlock or some other evil could do this kind of attacking. I never raised my voice. I never got within 6 feet of her. This woman is clearly nuts and I told her she needed help. Having said all this if you still want to get a massage from Heather go for it. But just beware that it could end any minute due to her "energy" deciding you practice witchcraft.

I have arthritis and I hurt in many places but they did not have me fill out any paperwork or ask me any questions about that and they made me hurt worse than I was in most places. The people working here are Asian and I couldn't hardly understand any English that they said. It was also loud because of street traffic and they were having a bathroom fixed right next to where I was. The best part was is that she said I did not remember to give her a tip. I told her a tip is not mandatory, it is something we just do if we want to and she repeated herself again, that this money is for massage, you forgot tip..I will not go back.

Tish was able to give me the perfect massage and the next day I was able to move around freely without hurting and felt amazing for weeks afterwards.
