Highly satisfied with that experience, I went to the physical location on my own and have now been here about 3 times and have had experiences with 3 massage therapists. The latest massage was with Donna. I came in with intense lower back pain, possibly sciatic. Donna listened to my concerns and we were able pivot from doing a full body massage to focusing on that specific area. My back felt so much better after the massage. All three of the ladies were great and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning.

I didnt feel much relief during the session and figured over the course of time that it wasnt going to get better in the timeframe. Will probably seek another therapist, somewhere else. First, the way this business makes appointments is through EMAIL ONLY! What a pain in the ass! It's a back-and-forth process. You email them your available times and dates then they email you back. It took seven emails before I had a time and a date set!!! Ridiculous! (Because of this, I knew I would never go back) Second, their web page is a bunch of information all bunched together. It's completely unorganized and almost impossible to navigate and comprehend. Third and foremost, IT WAS THE WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! EVER! I purchased a 90-minute Swedish massage. Ken hardly used any pressure whatsoever! I asked him three different times to apply more pressure during the massage. He would for about 30 seconds to a minute and then go back to what he was doing previously. He did not massage my neck, hands or feet!?!?!?! What kind of massage is that? I had a crick in my neck that I told him about when I got there. He didn't even touch it! When I asked about it, he simply said "I did the best I could." I am frustrated, disappointed and unsatisfied. Never again!!! Fourth, it was dirty! No aromatherapy, no rugs on the floor, a sheet placed on top of the vinyl padding that is it! Very unsanitary!!!

When we arrived, the location was very different from what the website led us to expect. It's located in a strip mall, and there was even a boarded-up broken window nearby, which didn't create the relaxing, upscale first impression we were anticipating. We had specifically reserved the East Meets West massage and facials based on the services listed on the website. However, once we arrived, the menu of services available at the spa was completely different from what was advertised online. It was disappointing because we chose this spa specifically for those treatments. I understand that businesses update their offerings, but the website should accurately reflect the current location, atmosphere, and available services. Keeping online information up to date would help set the right expectations and avoid disappointing customers. I hope they update their website so future guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

We booked this place on the way from dinner and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Upon walking in, I noticed the front area was large. It gave off zen vibes (rightfully so), but def. helps get you in the mood for the service you're going to receive. We were immediately greeted by a woman at the front desk and after confirming our reservation, she instructed us where to go. I had to use the restroom before our massage and I was shocked at how clean it was! We got the 1.5 hour massage, so needless to say we were going to be here awhile. We were instructed to undress and get under the covers. Once complete, they entered the room. I was a little surprised there was no introduction of who they were and what massage we'd be getting. Oh well. They both start the massages and at first it was good. I noticed the masseuse my friend had was way more talkative to him than the one I had. To be frank, the only conversation that occurred was her asking me if I wanted it medium or hard. I selected the latter and that concluded the conversation for the duration of my massage. The massage itself was nice, although some parts were better than others. I was quite pleased at how she massaged every nook and cranny from head to toe! I woke up feeling sore but refreshed. Overall, the place is clean and the services are great. I imagine I'll be back some time soon to get another one.
