You lay on a lounge bed and soak your feet in water as they massage you. They start at your head, neck, shoulders, arm, legs and then feet. They do reflexology and pressure points along with the massage. They also give you warm water before hand (better for your digestion). The massage is for one hour and it goes by quickly!
