Since starting MAT I haven't had a single calf pull during any of my runs or sprint workouts. As an example of this, she often opts for 90 minute appointments; this is much more of a physical burden on her -- MAT is often a lot of work for the therapist -- yet she is willing to do it because she believes it yields better results for her clients.
