The place is comfortable and quiet. But I wish they'd asked me what level of pressure I was comfortable with. The male therapist assigned to me didn't speak English and was extremely rough. From head to toe, this hurt. Nothing about this was relaxing. It was very painful. When I said something, the owner asked him to be softer. But it was pretty rough. I wanted to cry. I'm not only still in pain (a day later) but my ears are actually injured. He pulled on them so hard that he tore the tissue and they are cracked and bloody. These are actual injuries! Unacceptable. I'm so angry I let this happen. Both ears are bloody. Pics attached.

I texted Emily to request for a female massage therapist and she was incredibly helpful and confirmed that I would have that. I booked via ClassPass so I was not able to choose who would be doing the massage upfront. On their site however you can choose! Emily also shared incredibly detailed instructions on how to enter the building and were to park. I wish I took photos of the establishment but you'll just have to take my word. It is absolutely beautiful and the set up is quite nice. They have spa water and normal water available. I felt very comfortable from the beginning my massage therapist shared how long she has been in the field and her background. She was about open communication which I very much appreciated! Highly recommend this location for your next massage!

If you have $40 + tip to spare on a relaxing moment of self-care, this is a great place to do it…read more I went to a place like this regularly in Chicago and was stoked to find something similar here in STL. Fair warning: All of the people getting massaged are in one open room, so there's no privacy per se, but everyone is clothed so it's sort of similar to a nail salon (but way more peaceful). I opted for the 40-minute foot-only massage, but would upgrade to something more elaborate next time so I could do the hand/head massage addition as well. My only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING, including the guy coughing his lungs out in the bathroom and when people walk in the front door, which can interrupt the zen-ness a bit. Still 100% worth it and pregnant lady approved!

Not bad! I came here with my friend as he suggested we were long overdue for a massage. Come to…read morethink of it, the last time I had one was over 10 years ago, so I was more than excited to get one. We booked this place on the way from dinner and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Upon walking in, I noticed the front area was large. It gave off zen vibes (rightfully so), but def. helps get you in the mood for the service you're going to receive. We were immediately greeted by a woman at the front desk and after confirming our reservation, she instructed us where to go. I had to use the restroom before our massage and I was shocked at how clean it was! We got the 1.5 hour massage, so needless to say we were going to be here awhile. We were instructed to undress and get under the covers. Once complete, they entered the room. I was a little surprised there was no introduction of who they were and what massage we'd be getting. Oh well. They both start the massages and at first it was good. I noticed the masseuse my friend had was way more talkative to him than the one I had. To be frank, the only conversation that occurred was her asking me if I wanted it medium or hard. I selected the latter and that concluded the conversation for the duration of my massage. The massage itself was nice, although some parts were better than others. I was quite pleased at how she massaged every nook and cranny from head to toe! I woke up feeling sore but refreshed. Overall, the place is clean and the services are great. I imagine I'll be back some time soon to get another one.
