First, you get a detoxifying Chinese foot soak while laying down and receiving a hand and head massage. Then, a super relaxing foot and leg massage and later flipped over for a full back/shoulder massage. They make sure to massage every area and also so attentive by asking pressure levels. I've heard both great reviews with male or female masseuses. My boyfriend usually prefers a woman and I prefer a male. It's a very clean environment and welcoming energy.

Fair warning: All of the people getting massaged are in one open room, so there's no privacy per se, but everyone is clothed so it's sort of similar to a nail salon (but way more peaceful). I opted for the 40-minute foot-only massage, but would upgrade to something more elaborate next time so I could do the hand/head massage addition as well. My only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING, including the guy coughing his lungs out in the bathroom and when people walk in the front door, which can interrupt the zen-ness a bit. Still 100% worth it and pregnant lady approved!

I texted Emily to request for a female massage therapist and she was incredibly helpful and confirmed that I would have that. Emily also shared incredibly detailed instructions on how to enter the building and were to park. I wish I took photos of the establishment but you'll just have to take my word. It is absolutely beautiful and the set up is quite nice. They have spa water and normal water available. I felt very comfortable from the beginning my massage therapist shared how long she has been in the field and her background. She was about open communication which I very much appreciated! Highly recommend this location for your next massage!

The massage room was very clean and the music they played was very soothing. Overall, couldn't recommend this location more and will definitely be back!
