I tried it for the first time and have been a repeat customer since. They exceeded my expectations. Do not let the "language barrier" deter you. I didn't tell the lady a thing and she worked on every single trouble area of my back today. This place may be unassuming, but I've never left a massage session disappointed in the service received from the 30-minute foot reflexology to the 60 minute full body massage. I've gotten far better massages here than more popular places. I texted Emily to request for a female massage therapist and she was incredibly helpful and confirmed that I would have that. I booked via ClassPass so I was not able to choose who would be doing the massage upfront. On their site however you can choose! Emily also shared incredibly detailed instructions on how to enter the building and were to park. I wish I took photos of the establishment but you'll just have to take my word. It is absolutely beautiful and the set up is quite nice. They have spa water and normal water available. I felt very comfortable from the beginning my massage therapist shared how long she has been in the field and her background. She was about open communication which I very much appreciated!
