Vitality Unlimited Spa, my first time for a massage and Katie was awesome! The spa, the massage room, the ambiance was perfect and very relaxing. I've had a pedicure here and now a massage, and definitely plan to return for more spa experiences in the future. read more

I love coming here, the space is intimate and welcoming, Emmanuelle is amazing for reflexology. She has seen my whole family!

Had an amazing massage with Julia. She worked on my sore spots including lots of time on my neck and shoulders. Julia's technique was professional and courteous. She did not make much small talk, only to ask my preferences. Which was good for me, I'd rather just be quiet and relax. The room was comfortable, with soft lighting, mellow music and a light scent. It was perfect! The spa itself is clean, decorated beautifully and very pleasant. I didn't feel intimidated but was made to feel welcome and comfortable. There are a wide range of services and products available. I felt so great afterward, I will be back. Also, there is a discount on the check in! Bonus read more

This was literally the best massage I've ever had. There were a few times when I was like whoa what is she doing now. She really knew what she was doing and I felt like she enjoyed making me feel better. You know that out of body sort of goosebump feeling. Magical whatever. It was good. read more

I've been here for two different services over the last few weeks: A deep tissue massage and a facial. Both of these services have been unbelievably fantastic! I am so glad I found this gem so near my house. My deep tissue massage with Shirley was the best I think I have ever had. She is clearly an expert in this field and I have never felt better after a massage. My facial Was with Mary and it was so relaxing. My skin felt so smooth and rejuvenated. Everyone was so kind during my services. It was also really easy to schedule my services online. I already have my next deep tissue massage scheduled and I cannot wait. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

Liz is an excellent masseuse. Sports injuries or if something is out of whack, she fixes you. I'd somehow locked my right hip (maybe from kickboxing) but she fixed me so I could arabesque for barre class again. Highly recommend. read more

Had an excellent experience with Vitality! I booked a massage for myself and my mom on really short notice PLUS a facial for me and a pedicure for her. Cheryl at the front desk was SO helpful getting us appointments that lined up so we could start and finish at the same time. The massages were top notch! And I LOVED my facial so much. Ellie is so knowledgeable about skin. I asked her a million questions and she answered them earnestly and wrote down a few recommendations for me! The facility is clean and they are adhering to COVID-19 measures pretty well. My mom was happy with her pedicure and said everyone was very nice. I'd love to come back! read more

The staff is nice and I do love the front desk employees. Unfortunately, do not go here if you want a massage. My neck was pulled around, and my shoulders were badly massaged. read more

I tried Vitality Unlimited Spa for the first time in June after reading all of these great reviews. I received a massage from Shirley and it was excellent! She knows exactly what your body needs and how to make you feel better. I have already been back and was just as pleased. looking forward to many more. read more

Quaint downtown Webster spa w/ top-of-the-line massages! Glad to support woman-owned businesses.

Booked facials for me and my mom and a deep tissue for my hubby as Christmas presents. The facials by Bonnie were amazing and magical. It was different than any other facials I've experienced. Very thorough including hand, arm and neck massage and all natural ingredients for lotion, scrub, etc. Husband enjoyed his massage as well. We were all relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Very clean environment and friendly staff. Holly, the owner, was attentive to our needs. Thank you! read more

Nellie is the best of the best! Best massage of my life. Clean, professional and attentive. I booked again just I really felt better even days later! Updating- Mandy! Wow- best brow artist ever read more

I am disappointed In this place if you go by the Facebook page, you would think it is a progressive, inclusive, diverse experience. However, it is not any of those things. It's a neighborhood joint. There is nothing diverse about it and it's management team is a joke. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. For this place to be in downtown Webster Groves, it leaves a lot to be desired. I would suggest a bigger place with professional, experienced management and staff. read more

Booked two 90 minute massages and when we arrived, they had been booked for the wrong day. Rebooked for four days later, got a call hours before saying they got the booking wrong again. Rude to deal with. The only positive is I was assured a refund as they charged me when I no-showed the wrong day. They made no attempts to resolve just another offer to rebook. If you want to be certain your booking will happen, don't chose this place. read more

Kelli knows her work and does it well. I went in for a men's eyebrow wax and was pleasantly pleased with the results. She took her time, was very customer oriented. Did I mention she was also detail oriented? Overall my experience with this appointment was superb. TY Kelli! read more

Ahhhhhhhhh. Christina Sweeny, I thank you for turning me into a warm, relaxed pool of bliss. Does that sound too flowery? Nonsensical? I apologize, but my mind, muscles and worries were melted away by a really excellent two hour massage. Yes. Two hours. I'm fairly sure that's as close to heaven as you can get here on Earth. I received two 1-hour massage gift certificates as a Christmas gift last year that I neglected to use until the month they expired (a year later. Being a new mom will do that to you.). The good people at Vitality Unlimited were happy to combine the 2 gift certificates so I could book a completely indulgent two-hour massage and man, I honestly don't know if I can go back to doing just one-hour massages anymore. Generally, I ask the therapist to focus on my neck, shoulders and back since, like most people, that's where I carry my tension. Lugging a 25 lb. kid around doesn't help much, either. :) So normally, my one-hour massages are *all* about those problem areas and the rest of me ends up fairly neglected. Not with the two-hour massage. Christina started our session using a singing bowl to "align the right and left sides of my brain." Some folks might've found this weird or maybe not even relaxing as she used the bowl along each chakra, but I really liked how it set the tone and created a space, signaling to me that I could leave my thoughts and worries and the world outside and just relax. Then, for one hour, she worked all those pesky, tight trouble areas and THEN, I got another hour of Swedish massage. Awesome. When our session was over, I couldn't believe 2 hours had gone by. In the calm, dim room, I had no idea what time of day it was. I think I drooled a little. Two signs you've had a really excellent massage. Now, I think it's important to note that my mom & step-dad are both massage therapists, so I've had my fair share of massages since I was 11-years-old. I'm confident in my assessments of who's a good therapist and who doesn't make the cut. So, I'm not just blowing smoke when I say Christina knows what she's doing. I've found one other massage therapist that I love in St. Louis (Anne Thomasson), so I think I'm going to have to start saving my pennies so I can give both of them my business. Two hours at a time, preferably. read more

I have been here twice recently for different services and i will share my experiences. First i went to see JoAnne for a reflexology session. First, let me say JoAnne is a lovely person and i enjoyed just talking with her and leaning her experiences. She is a treasure. She did reflexology on my hands and feet and explained as we went. It was truly amazing and she helped a couple of other problem areas identified by the rellexology. I cannot wait to schedule a full body massage with her. Had a consultation with Bonnie for hair removal (not waxing) and she was fairly abrupt and almost condescending. She told me no less then about 4 times i had a lot of hair and so forth. Told me it would take a year or so of seeing her for final removal. I do not have a beard and didn't care for her personality or approach at all. So I chose not to partake in her services. Her personality and approach make work for some, just not me. Fortunately on the same visit that i saw Bonnie i had a facial scheduled with Mandy. She was lovely and personable. I very much enjoyed my time with her. I feel my skin is much brighter now. I even got a small sampler kit for cleaning my skin when i left. It is working wonders for my skin. Oh and as far as parking goes, you can park in the lots for the church they share the lot. Or you can park on the street. read more

This was my first experience ever at a "spa." I know, I know. I bought a Groupon for a facial peel because my skin sucks. I figured it'd help out at least a bit and would be a relaxing and refreshing experience. Unfortunately, that was definitely not the case. If all facials are this stressful, I will NEVER get another one. After thinking really hard, I can only come up with two positive things: -It was easy enough to make an appointment via phone and they got me in quick. (now I know why they weren't booked solid) -My face did seem to be quite a bit smoother a few days after the facial peel. The negatives definitely and unfortunately majorly outweigh the positives: -The woman started out by telling me how clogged my pores were, that my acne was bad, and asked my why I still had acne at my age. Oh, yeah, let's insult our clients and make them feel even more self-conscious about their blemishes. Great business & client-retention plan. -On multiple occasions, the cloth on my face was suffocating me...seriously I couldn't breathe for several seconds. -It was anything but a relaxing treatment. The procedures were very rough and kept me all tense. -The woman wouldn't shut up during the facial. She kept talking about their products and my bad skin. -Can you say UPSELL? No I do not want to upgrade my facial. And no, I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on your stupid products for my acne problem. Please, just stop talking about it. NO MEANS NO. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER go back. It seems like people had success with the massages, but I'm not going to risk another very bad experience. read more

Vitality has offered two Groupons in the last 6 months or so and I snagged the first one which was for a 60 minute Swedish massage. I've been saving it for the last 6 months for an occasion that really deserved a massage and the end of the school year was it! I was able to get an appointment immediately (they even had some same day appts available). Pros: - Massage therapist was nice. Talked to me before I got naked about problem areas, etc. - Didn't talk too much unless I talked to her. - Clean, upscale look. Lots of products for sale - but they didn't try to sell me any. - Massage felt gooooood! And went the whole hour even though it started late! - Lots of services offered! They let me try this "T-ZONE" machine, which is supposed to help you tone your body, for free. Cons: - Parking is a little weird. There are lots on either side but they are labeled for other businesses so I was afraid to park there. Had to park on the street (and that parking is limited). - I wish she'd spent more time on my feet, which I said hurt! - On the pricey side and may be hard to find for a non WG resident. I'd definitely go back! read more

Bonnie gives the most amazing facials and is the only person I trust near my eyebrows. She uses this cranberry scrub that smells amazing and fresh and she layers on vitamin oils and moisturizers at the end. Bonnie reminds me of all my hardheaded (Italian American) aunts and mother and grandmother, though I don't think she's Italian American. Way to go Bonnie! My skin is looking freshhh ~ read more

I enjoy Vitality Unlimited Spa and here is why: 1. It is close to where I live. 2. It is a spa like environment with prices that are in between your standard "nail shop" and face and the body. 3. Mandy is a fabulous, respectful, and pleasant nail technician. She also is FANTASTIC at facials. 4. The nail room is private and very calming. 5. They serve hot tea. Please try it out if you are in Webster Groves! read more

Okay - this is for sure my favorite place when I need some back work done. I am constantly having back pain and spasms, and they masseuses here make me feel like I am young again, which is sad to say since I am only 25 ;) Their prices are perfect, and the staff is wonderful! If you need something right away, they can usually fit you in that day! Just it is around the holidays, valentine's day or any other holiday where boyfriends and husbands might not know what to get their ladies - well your usually out of luck. Their deep tissue is the best in town, hands down! I have been to almost every spa within a 20 mile radius of Saint Louis, and I would not go anywhere else. A+++++ read more

Great location in Webster in a very cute, clean building. I booked the 60 minute Swedish massage, hydrotherapy and the Tone & Tighten facial and loved everything, especially the facial with Mandy! The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend! read more

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a deep tissue, Amy is wonderful. Her massages are the best I've ever had. Facials by Mary are wonderful as well. The staff is great, their products, and precautions during this pandemic have been amazing. read more

First time here and had an awesome massage by Liz today! The spa is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Definitely recommend.

I had an awesome experience. I received a deep tissue massage from Shirley and she was amazing. I will definitely be back.

I love Vitality Unlimited Spa. Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist. I love that after the massage is finished, they do not try to sell you on a membership or upcharges, like at some of the massage chains. I highly recommend Vitality and Jennifer in particular! read more

Absolutely ridiculous staff in waiting room just arguing with each other as loud as can be about appointments and not having enough time for anybody without a worry of people waiting there listening. Nice people but learn to be professional. read more

I nice little spa in Webster Groves. Thirty minutes of bliss for my aching back...by Christina. I look forward to my next visit. Perfect amount of talk about my lower back issue, and perfect amount of talk right at the beginning of the massage, and then total bliss. There was NO sales pitch for any products that they offered, and their selection looks great, but I did receive a nice sample of topical pain reliever for my lower back and some tips on stretches. As this was my first massage, I can't comment on the price, but it seemed reasonable to me, and the Spa has a frequent visitor card. Yeah, I plan on being a frequent visitor. :-) read more

Jennifer is amazing... she has worked out pain that I did not even realize I was having. I have been to her several times in the past few months, and I felt like a whole new person this morning after yesterday evening's massage. I have also been massaged by Andrea a couple times in the past few months and she is awesome but for totally different reasons... it's like a massage symphony with her... love it. Thanks to you both and see you soon! read more

I would 100% recommend Vitality Spa to anyone and everyone. This was my first time visiting this spa, and it did not disappoint. The front desk staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly. Nelly, my masseuse, was so nice and gave one heck of a massage. She did not try and chat during the service, but let me completely relax. I will definitely be going back! read more

As a person who travels a lot to different cities it's sometimes hard to find great masseuse. Not here. Julia gives one of the best deep-tissue massages I've ever had. She understands muscle groups and how to handle tension like a boss. Any time I'm in St. Louis, I will be coming here. read more

I got a massage from Sarah and had a great experience. Has allot of upper back tension and she gave me a relaxing experience while also getting those knots. Everyone was very nice. read more

I really enjoyed my trip to this little spa today. It's a beautiful space with lots of interesting things in the retail area (which nobody pushed me to buy, thankfully). The receptionist was very friendly and offered me a tour before my appointment. There is a room for mani/pedi, a room for facials, 3 massage rooms (I think), and a large room that can be used for spa parties. I'd thought they did hair also, but they don't, which is fine, since that cuts down on the noise level. The whole place has a very tranquil feel to it. The therapist did a thorough job with her consultation in the room before I undressed. Before actually starting the massage, she did some type of energy balancing or something with a singing bowl. It was interesting, if nothing else. The massage itself was great and really helped my achy feet and calves. I had gone here with a Groupon, but I would definitely consider going back again. read more

I contacted Vitality Spa several weeks ago to arrange for a spa party for my sister's birthday. Since those attending the party had different needs and budgets, there needed to be some flexibility in the menu of services. The staff did a great job suggesting services that would suit lifestyles, age, budget and time constraints as we needed to be in and out in 2-1/2 hours to get to our next party destination. The spa is clean, relaxing, nicely decorated and the technicians and therapists were kind and professional. Everyone in our small group of five had a fantastic time. Thank you Vitality! I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend or book other services! read more

Vitality Unlimited Spa has everything you need for R&R, attention, and luxury. Go there for the best massage ever, JoAnne Guhman's 90 minute heavenly therapy. She is absolutely amazing, her room so peaceful, her music so relaxing, and her hands and fingers that work like a piano concert. She does not forget your problem spots or your preference, and she is expert at finding you a relaxing scent. I love this spa for everything, and JoAnne is the best there. read more

Let me start by saying that I used a groupon for a facial peel. I called at the last minute (my bad) and they allowed me to use my groupon after the expiration date. The decor is very cute and not your traditional spa decor. My aesthetician was knowledgeable but I will agree with the other reviews that she was all about the upsell and I chose to go with a full facial because I needed a few extractions and an eyebrow wax. Unlike the other reviews she didn't dog my skin too badly but did strongly recommend their products. I did purchase the cleanser and I do like it. A softer upsell that doesn't involve a negative spin would probably go over better with customers. read more
