I didn't have an appointment, but they still took me straight back. My tech was very kind and did a great job. For $40, I chose one of their specialty pedicures and the price felt fair for the service (definitely competitive with the local market). My reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is because I tried calling to make an appointment, but no one answered. I also noticed while I was there that no one was answering the phone when it rang then either. They were all busy, so I get it, but online reservations may be helpful then.

Recently, though, I've become seriously concerned about their sanitation practices. Manicure and pedicure tools are being used without being sanitized, and they don't come from a sealed, sanitized kit. Pedicure bowls get only a quick spray, then are rinsed and wiped down with the previous customer's dirty towel. This isn't a one-time occurrence; I've seen it repeatedly. BT Nails needs to retrain its staff on sanitation and health standards. Infection control isn't optional in this business.
