This is a very nice nail place. I have been coming here for about 10 years (and I'm only 22!) they pay very good attention to detail, have comfy chairs and a lot of colors to choose from. They have very low prices that are super reasonable and their waxing lady is fantastic! She always does my eyebrows and lip for $15. Highly recommend! You will have the best luck making an appointment or coming at a time when they are not busy because occasionally quality goes down when they are very busy (which they are often!) They are also very clean and use gloves, sanitized tools, and whirlpool bucket covers every time. If you are not happy with your nails, they are quick to re-do them and make you happy! read more

Love this nail salon that works to meticulous accommodate their clients. I was the last client to visit and they stayed because they were already taking care is another client there. I got my brows waxed and then got a pedicure . Even though they were at closing time, they did not rush my pedicure and took their time to make sure my toes looked perfect and they did. I am so glad I stopped in and left satisfied! Friendly staff and beautiful place. On top of that, the massage chairs work wonderfully! Not like some other places that have broken old buttons. Great price and a lot of attention to details. Will be back Again! read more

Great first visit! This place was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was told to ask for Kim, but she was on vacation, so I made an appointment with whoever I could get in with, and was not disappointed! I did not catch the name of the tech who did my nails, but she did a good job. I believe Lynn was the tech who did my pedicure. It was excellent! There was no pedicure menu, you get what you get. They also didn't ask me to choose a color when I walked in. They brought a small portfolio of color selections to me at my chair, which was different. I liked that it was easy for the pedicurist to match the dipping powder color I had selected in regular polish. The biggest surprise was at checkout. Very good prices! I paid $40 more two weeks ago for the exact same thing I got today at a loud, hectic salon in Richardson, and service was not as good. I am impressed, and will be back. read more

I have been on the hunt for a new nail place ever since my nail lady moved back to Vietnam. Well..... I found it!! This place is wonderful. It was very clean and very nice with a large selection of colors to choose from. I will be honest I wasn't happy with the lady who started doing my nails.. I could just get a sense she was nervous during the removal process so I was worried she might not be that great when it came to the actual nail application. So I decided to just get a manicure. Well another technician saw/heard this and came over and she said she would do my nails ans they would be beautiful! Well she was not lying!! My nails were done perfectly. And you guys!!! The price!!!! Omg!!! 28$$$$$!!!!! The last time I paid $28 for nails was in high school! I figured it was a joke! I couldn't believe it! I gave Jan $40 which is what I thought they Nails would be anyways. Ok. Well long story short. go here and be happy. I'll be getting a pedicure the next time to see how those are. Thanks again Jan for helping me out tonight and doing my nails so beautifully! read more

I never leave this salon dissatisfied, ever! The workers are super friendly and we all know, nail salons can be quite a hit or miss kind of deal when it comes to social customer service... I get my nails done by Nikki and she got my kind of style with cut and color down to the wire by the second visit. Just what I like! Also, what everyone usually cares about the most- the prices. SUPER reasonable for the quality they provide. $25 for gel/nexgen, mani/pedi. Seriously, can't beat that... so, tip generously! read more

The lady who was doing my feet was so busy on the phone she didn't cut them properly... and several times hurt me. I saw the lady who finished to my finger nails put everything back in the box and give it to someone else to to their nails... without sanitation. That just shocked me. - They dont take credit card - read more

I am in town from Buffalo, Ny, came in here to get a fill. The women here ware so friendly & went out of their way to make my experience so wonderful... This is one of the best salons I have ever been to... prices were very reasonable. . I will defiantly come back here every time I'm in Texas... read more

I've been going to Lee Nails since high school, which has been over 10 years now (eek!). These ladies do a great job! Back in the day, I would get tips put on for the occasional school dance. Nowadays, I go for manicures and pedicures and I can attest that they do excellent work with both. These ladies are very courteous and efficient. I hardly ever book an appointment anymore unless I am hoping to get a specific manicurist (Marie is AMAZING by the way) and from my experience walk-ins are promptly assisted. As another reviewer pointed out, they do NOT accept credit cards so make sure you have either cash available or your checkbook handy - no pun intended. read more

I had a really good experience here. I had a job interview scheduled at the last minute, and it's always been my ritual to get a manicure the day before (I have a bad habit of biting my cuticles). Wendy did a great job! And while they did use stinky lotion (why can't nail salons have some without girly scents?), I was happy with the overall experience. It would be nice to have a TV on so we have something to watch... I don't get manicures often, but when I do, I will go back. :) $20 for a manicure read more

First visit. I needed shellac removed and wanted it reapplied. I chose a color and waited. Once It was my turn, I joined a tech and she stated crazy scraping the shellac and dipping my fingers in remover. Some other employee walked by and scoffed at the color I'd chosen and said "You don't want French tips??" Well, kind of. I didn't know you could do that in shellac. There's no ATM here other than the gas station next door so bring cash for walk, like I did. The white tips look ok but there are white smears throug the clear part of the manicure on some nails. I'll probably try them again since it was relly affordable. read more

As always they are still the best service ever. Tina does a perfect job on my nails every time. Myloc is still waxing away and better at it then ever!!! Love these women here!!! Never want to go anywhere else! Thanks for a excellent experience every time! read more

Ok service. They are really pushy with wanting to give u extra services u don't need like massages (horrible) and nails designs (I get asked this at least 4X). Have given this place more than one chance. Oh, and did I mention the cut you and draw blood when cutting your cuticles? Will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

I love to try new places for pedicures when I visit other states. This place was wonderful! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, the staff were warm and welcoming. Eventhough there were several patrons in the establishment, they were able to get me in immediately. This had to be one of the best pedicures I have ever had. In addition to the basic spa chair pedicure this also included a sea salt peppermint scrub treatment and a hot rock massage. The nail technician was so sweet. She demonstrated lovely chairside manners, inquiring on the temperature of the water, the pressure of the massage and all the little extras such as the extra callous treatment. Plus their prices are terrific. I typically pay $10 - $20 more for the basic spa pedicure in Tucson. The next time I am back in Richardson, I'll be sure to schedule an appointment for another pedicure at this location! read more

By far the best wax I have received EVER! Myloc knows her stuff and is virtually pain free :) Suyoun does my pedicure and she is awesome! It comes with the hot stone therapy which most shops charge extra for. love, Love, LOVE Lee Nails! read more

My first time having my nails done in years. I was pleasantly greeted immediately and my session started less than 10 mins wait. I've heard many compliments. read more

I wanted to like this place so badly. So badly that I gave it FOUR tries. They are conveniently located for me and there prices are good. My dip nails have cracked within the week each time. They also pressure me to get tips each time, even though I continuously tell them I don't like long nails. I did get a gel pedicure there once and it was actually a great pedicure. Unfortunately, I just can't go back a fifth time. read more

I went to get a pedicure but they only accept cash. So i ended up going somewhere else

I have to say that Lee Nails does an excellent job with manicures and pedicures. It is very clean and the service is excellent. I have had manicures and pedicures at some of the area's spas (e.g., Stoneleigh, Elizabeth Arden, Spa at Stonebriar), the atmosphere at Lee Nails is not a spa however, my manis and pedis turn out just as good if not better in some cases. I typically make my appointments with Kim. It is best to go during the week because they can spend more time with you. I do not usually feel I am in a rush but during peak times, it is difficult to give the save level of service. BTW, Melao is wonderful for eyebrows. read more

Very fast service! Staff is very nice and place is clean!! Great prices!! Will definitely come back!!!

First time trying Lee out and my experience was great! Lynn did a fantastic job! She was hospitable, attentive, and so sweet overall. This nail shop is unlike most in that everyone there is warm and friendly even if you're not their client. The decor was nice as well. I'll be back for sure! read more

The ladies here are always nice & give a decent pedicure, but the real reason that I come here is because of Myloc. Hands down she is the BEST eyebrow waxer that I've come across. She's a master at what she does, she's quick, and she only charges $8 for your brows. She seems to be really busy on Thursdays & Fridays, but I usually only wait 2-3 minutes on a Monday or Tuesday. Side note - my mom has been getting her nails done by Tina for at least 5-6 years. They always look nice & my mom never complains about them. Tina did my nails for my wedding back in January & did a great job, I just can't keep those things long-term. read more

Has the best brazillian wax I've ever had... Wasn't as painful as Milock is patient and gentle.

I have been going to Lee Nails for over 16 years and I can not say enough good things about this place. My nails are always perfect! Marie usually does my NexGen nails and Jan does my pedicure. All of the ladies at Lee nails do an amazing job. Myloc does waxing and she is one of the best I have seen. I have referred friends there and they continue to go back again and again. My mom and I have been coming here for about 6-7 years and the quality of care and customer service has been wonderful. Sweet, gentle, and caring staff. There's most likely a wait whenever you go, so call ahead and make an appointment. read more

A friend and I went here after a recommendation from a mutual friend and after reading the reviews on yelp. Overall the service was ok, the people were nice, but the polish job left a bit to be desired. The price wasn't cheap, and even though I called ahead and made an appointment with them, I still felt rushed. We were there in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday and there were plenty of other chairs open. Maybe they were expecting a big rush at 5, but still I was hoping to pamper my friend and instead I just felt we were jostled. I'm not saying don't go, it's awful, but I will continue to look for a different nail salon in Richardson. Also, be warned, it's cash or check only. read more

Very clean salon. Excellent technicians. Pleasant surroundings and reasonable rates.

Kim and Marie are sisters who own the salon. Kim is fabulous on nexgen nails. Great price and excellent service.

I went to Lee Nails for 26 1/2 years and that was at the end of a two year search after moving to the DFW area from Houston. Marie did my nails the whole time and she is awesome. Her shop and services continued to improve over the many years and they were good to begin with. I moved to the Seattle area in December 2020. So far I've been to 7 salons here and they have all been horrible. None of them have customer service or the skills to be doing nails. All the ladies that work with Marie are great too and that includes her sister, Kim. I was so sad to be leaving because I knew Lee Nails would be impossible to replace. I really appreciated all the nice nails, friendliness and excellent Covid cleanliness. If anyone doubts this review then come to WA..a beautiful place but in the dark ages when it comes to nail salons. I'm looking forward to stopping in when I fly back after Covid is under better control! Miss it! read more
