The staff are extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. All my questions were addressed up front, and I am confident that I chose the best facility around! The best part for me is the secure loading dock (garage). Even when there are other folks bringing stuff in or out, I don't have to wait more than a few minutes. If I stop by early in the morning or late in the evening, I'm typically done within 5 minutes. It's that easy. I love that the facility is climate controlled (for my own comfort primarily), and I don't have any concerns about safely, knowing that access is strictly monitored. The owner claims the issue is being taken care of but the mice never went away as every month I return to my unit and discover new damage! The contract you sign when renting the unit mentions no responsibility of the owner for any damage including damage done by rodents so you will be left on your own to deal with your loss. They offered $10 discount for the next 6 months for me as well as arrange the livers to vacate then disappeared. The staff is friendly but not helpful. Be mindful of this went renting from them!

They tell me there is more parking coming out back. Entrance from back is needed too for at least foot traffic. This will help when the main entrance is full of vehicles. Jason is the guy who runs this place and he goes out of his way to make this an attractive option for storage. He cares, he tries his best within the constraints he has with corporate SSS. I now have 3 units here. I think that says the most. I had one when I posted my original review and despite the shortcomings I hit, Jason has earned my business. This place isn't perfect but it is better than the many I've dealt with in the last 4-5 years.

I cried and begged them to please give us time to not loose everything we had. But, instead they raised the rent. We did everything we could to raise the money. Paid them thousands and got within a few hundred dollars from paid off. So, they raised the rent again and added more fees. We begged.
