I felt some discrimination. They made me pay before they started but anyone else that came in didn't have to. They didn't even give me a chance for my nails to dry before they handed me my phone and told me I can go. The nail polish is now messed up. Not used to this type of treatment. I don't recommend. Just to respond back to the business owner, I suggest talking to the employee. As I was getting my nails done, another employee was waiting for the polish so the person that did my nails rushed it. They took it right when the last nail was done, standing over my shoulder. I didn't like my experience today. I felt bad and embarrassed when asked to pay before I get started in front of everyone. No one told me it would take an hour for regular polish to dry. I wasn't in a rush to leave right away, I just didn't have time for gel or acrylics. They made me feel rushed. read more

I came in not too sure what I wanted, but certainly something more on the natural/elegant side and Tran helped me find a combination of gel polish that came out amazing! Nonetheless, she wasn't my nail tech, but was very assisting! Tran knows what she is doing, I highly recommend asking for her when you come here! This set was $55, not too bad! read more

Terrible. I do not recommend this place. I came into get my eyebrows done. This is three strikes your out! Really rough on fingers when doing a manicure. This time I said I have naturally thick nice eyebrows- They butchered me. I had one thick and one I now have to pencil in which I never do. One eyebrow thick and one thin. The owner had to re do them and still really uneven. I gave up and had to correct them at home. It's terrible that they sent me off and when I looked at them in the car- OMG! No detail to service. The technician cut into not one but three cuticles. I guess they were short staffed and she was rushing my service because there were other customers waiting. She apologized but she could've paid better attention to the client in her chair and not rush through my service. I would recommend Peridot Nail Salon down the street instead. I feel like the new owner try's to fit everyone in to be seen quickly she doesn't realize she's rushing her work making mistakes as far as missing steps when getting a fill. She's cut my fingers so many times. When I get my nails done that's me time. I had the most horrible pedicure experience here. It was done by an older gentleman who was into cutting cuticles and spent 30 minutes cleaning the cuticle in one of my big toe. Finally he moved onto the next toe and few seconds later I SCREAMED! He had cut a piece of the skin off my toe and of course... I was bleeding. So he decided to wash the wound with bunch of alcohol An hour went by and he finally starting coloring my toes and for some reason he skipped the base coat and just started using the actual nail polish. I gave this place a 2 stars because the lady who worked on my hand was efficient and my nail shape came out to be what I wanted. To be fair the older gentleman was polite but I just don't believe his experience was worth the price read more

I came here for the first time, and it will most likely be my last. Linda was the tech that did my pedicure and she was amazing!! Tran did my gel x and was terrible. She told me she was the manager which was even more concerning. The shop was busy and you could tell she was rushing with me. She must have cut me like 5 times during my session. By the third one I verbalized to her that she cut me and she said, "oh these nails are new so it feels "hot"". It did not feel hot, it felt like she cut into my tissues with the drill. Which is exactly what she was doing. By the 4th/5th time I was like, "you've cut me like 4 times now". She was apologetic and she did offer to give me ombre design at no charge. I didn't care for it but I accepted because it looked like she felt bad. By the last cut I was fed up and just wanted to leave. I've never been hurt like that during a gel x application and I've had many. She uses the drill on your real nails and looks away to attend to other customers while she's doing it. That's extremely dangerous and results in injury! I honestly wouldn't recommend this place at all. Just gave 2 stars for Linda because she really did an awesome job. read more

I hate Feet :X I went for a run while car got serviced, ran to the local target and saw this place next door so decided to try it. I hike alot so I try and take care of my nails so they dont hurt or bleed (they usually do) They just opened so I was the 1st one there. Super nice and friendly staff, didnt talk much but thats ok cause I had my jaybirds X2 on (wireless headset) Place was clean and well kept. They sat me on this big comfortable chair that gave my back a massage. I felt so relax I almost took a nap. They lady got busy on my nails and did a pretty good job (only cut me once) :( I know thats not ok. She ended my cut with a sea salt scrub and a hot towl rub. They cost was a little pricey, I think $18.00 plus $1.00 for using debit so $19.00 total for for just my feet, I usually pay $13.00 but that location doesnt have the cool chairs or sea salt scrub. This was my first time here, and will definitely be my last. My usual nail spot was booked, and I needed my acrylics removed as they were no longer allowed at my job. I called ahead and asked if they could see me that afternoon to remove my acrylics and to get a gel manicure. The lady I spoke with told me to come then. When arriving 5-minutes later, I still had to wait 20-30 minutes. Seemed to me that this nail spot accommodates regulars, and dismisses new customers. There were two ladies who walked in after me that knew the nail technicians and they were helped quicker, and I am sure left more happy then I did. When I was taken back, I explained again that I wanted my acrylics removed and a gel manicure as I was aware that my nails would be brittle after having acrylics for over 6-months. This technician did not use acetone or the electric nail file to make removing my acrylics easier or less-painful. He dug an acrylic tip under all my acrylics and forced the nail off damaging my nail even more than if I just removed them myself at home. The first nail he removed the acrylic off of started bleeding and not from a cuticle. He dug that acrylic tip between my nail and the acrylic and removed part of my actual nail from my skin in the middle of my pinky finger. I could see my skin showing and my finger was in tremendous pain. He then finished removing all my acrylics and kept sanding, applying acetone, and filing that nail with blood and all still on it. He tried getting me the color samples for the gel manicure and I had to tell him that I was not going to put gel on top of this nail that really did not have a nail anymore. He kept trying to tell me that it was fine and that it would be ok and I had to insist a couple times that it would not be a good idea. One, because gel polish would destroy what is left of this nail when removing it and secondly, because it hurt to damn much to do any more to it. The nail salon still charged $18 for this and told me to come back when my nail healed for that gel manicure. THAT IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. read more
