I went to this place because I didn't currently have enough cash on me to pay for my pedicure I went here because I seen their website said that they accept credit cards. Well at the end of my appointment I asked the who I assumed was the owner if I can pay with card and she said I have to see if my card reader is working, and said something that suggested that it doesn't work, I thought she was joking but she was full on serious. May did a wonderful job on my nails! I returned 2 weeks later to get a pedicure and a fill and walked into an empty salon. There were NO customers. A lady asked if I had a vaccination card. Sadly I was turned away. This is 3 weeks prior to the vaccination mandate going into affect, BUT businesses have the option to start asking for proof of vaccination. This makes me sad, there has to be an alternative (COVID swab results) for those of us who CHOSE not to get the vaccine. I support their business no matter what but until something changes, I won't be back respectfully until there's a mandate change. read more

FANTASTIC nail salon! May is incredible and takes the time to make sure your nails are exactly how you want. My set of Halloween nails are fresh and I've gotten so many compliments. May did the designs herself. The store is clean and comfortable. The workers are all nice and attentive. Prices are more than fair for the results. 4 stars for the $12 non-spa pedi! It was an emergency and I normally get my nails done near home. But I needed an emergency pedi and this was perfect for just that. I did feel a little awkward and a tiny bit uncomfortable in the position I was in. The tools looked a bit old but doesn't mean it was dirty. Massage on calves was non existent but most are like that anyways. The tech did a good job cleaning and a good job with the paint. Worth the $12 I spent. They gave me spa slippers...wasnt sure if they were going to have them but the owner/manager was nice to offer a pair. Color of polishes were slightly lacking compared to other nail salons but I always stick to certain shades so I was fine with it. I saw that gel nails were only $18. However some photos show gel on the cuticles and thats a big no no. So I'll skip that for now. This will be my go-to place if I need an immediate pedi or mani. read more

I really wanted to love this place especially since they were nice and the location is convenient for me. However, this is going to be my one and only time coming here. I read other reviews including the negatives and still decided to check this place out myself. I had two ladies working on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Both ladies cut/pinched me. My finger actually bled that she had to apply alcohol and wait for it to stop bleeding. I'm afraid of an infection. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the tools since they got it from one box. Their attention to detail isn't quite there. My gel seems to be coming off despite it not even being a day later. Yeah, the other negative reviews were right... Here for the first time and had to wait a little bit as a walk in but nothing out of the ordinary. Chose me and my daughters colors and was seated shortly after. Number 81 blue for me and daughter picked regular polish coke cola red with glitter on top. Got a little cut on my pinky but nothing serious. I showed the artist my nail design before starting anything. It was a simple heart design, which I will share below. Although everyone was nice and I was accepted on short notice, I am upset that my nail artist did not tell me she wouldn't be able to do the design until the acrylics were already done. Had she told me beforehand, I would have gone someplace else. Instead, I just ended up choosing a plain nail color and still paid extra for the "added length" (which was about a cm extra). I was at this salon last night and super annoyed with the work they did. First off went there with gel manicure that was already falling off so all it needed was to be peeled off. Yet the man that helped me decide to grind and sand them that took forever. Ok once that was done he left bit of residue from old gel polish on the side of some nails. That wasn't the worse... worse was got new set that honestly looks like crap! I will post pictures and you be the judge. Seems he was more eagerly awaiting to be on his cell than please a customer. I came here a couple of years ago to get a manicure for my high school prom, and my experience was so great that I had to come get my nails done again for my sorority formal. As soon as I walked in, May greeted me with such friendliness even though the place was very packed! I got a Gel French manicure and May did such a great job. She is such a welcoming person and is so friendly. My nails were done perfectly, just the way I asked her to do, and she didn't rush at all, even though you can tell the place was busy. I will definitely be coming back every time I want to get my nails done because I've tried a lot of places in the area, and none top the customer service at this place! I started going for acrylics and they always look natural but thought I should give gels a try because I saw other women with long gel nails and that's what I really wanted.
