Must have changed my ownership as it's got a new look. Fresh paint and wall decor. Looks good. Foods the same with good choices and the staff is still excellent.

Le Peep, has a massive menu and a cute atmosphere however their food could use some spices. My Harvest Eggs Benedict was sadly flavorless. I absolutely love broccoli, but it seemed to negate the flavors of the other ingredients. The service wasn't very speedy, however the place was packed and they were courteous. The individual charges for items that could easily be incorporated into the meals were extreme. There are too many breakfast and brunch restaurants to choose from it's not likely we will revisit.

Highly recommend. Food is always on point fresh, hot and delicious. Service always friendly and efficient. Ambiance inviting where staff remembers your name and what you like to order and how you like it prepared. Give the Las Colinas location a try you won't be disappointed. A+++

Berry Nutty Oatmeal

I ordered regular coffee and accidentally got hazelnut flavored. The waitress was telling me it is regular and initially would not replace it. Although a rarity, it had happened at their other locations. Even with the replacement, I barely touched the coffee. Usually, I would be on my second cup by the time I got my food. I wanted something different than what I have ordered at their other locations. I ended up getting the Berry Nutty Oatmeal. Although I opted for the brown sugar and some milk on the side, they were not needed. The agave syrup provided sufficient sweetness and liquidity so the oatmeal would not be too thick. Due to the fruit toppings, I just had enough hunger to finish half of the bagel.

The menu is straight forward. I recently ordered the lumberjack with bacon. I enjoyed the Mother Parkers coffee brew. I was most impressed by the culture of service. My server was Phoenix and she was so attentive and calm. When I overheard the other servers, the service was just as good.

Breakfast Banana Split

I am glad this place survived after COVID. This is one of our favorite breakfast places. It has been around for some time. We had the Banana Split with Blueberries, Yogurt, Strawberries, and Granola. It was very healthy and tasty. We then split the Blubbery/Granola Pancakes. There were delicious as well. We also split a Egg White Omelette made to order. The service was great. We will come back again.

Came here on a Sunday around 1 pm for brunch. Outdated decor, older clientele. I was expecting bland diner food. However, the food was surprisingly good. Not amazing, but decent and filling. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Breakfast potatoes looked bland but were perfectly seasoned. I wish the English muffin on the Benedict was toasted, because it was just a soggy mess, but the rest of the dish was good. Hollandaise sauce was perfect.

First thing first and that our service was fantastic, I wish I knew the waitress' name but I cannot remember. This was our first time and it was so pleasant, the eggs Benedict was just like how they make them in Palm Springs and the churro pancakes are a must, sausage was so tasty and just great. I enjoyed this place so much. So clean and you get a ice water canister to pour your own. They include the smallest details that made the best experience for me. LOVE IT

Nice brunch spot with friendly staff. Stopped for breakfast after we landed at nearby DFW. Was recommended by a local and she was right.

First time here! It's ok. The Belgium waffles were good! The bacon was very thin.. My eggs were cooked well.

Mini Denver with added bacon, hash browns, toast.

Enjoyed my breakfast at Le Peep. The food was good, and the service was outstanding. It's worth coming back just for the service.

T-Swirl Crêpe is a Japanese dessert shop with Carrollton's bustling K-town district that serves…read moresweet and savory crêpes. If you're dining in the area, you can choose to skip the restaurant dessert and come here. On my most recent visit, I ended up eating outside due to comfort issues. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Heads up! The shopping strip is very busy, and parking can be a challenge. In the front there are many crêpes behind glass cases. It's like a wall of food art. Inside you'll find an open space with a few tables, tons of dark wood, an open kitchen, but on my most recent visit, it was uncomfortably warm. It's was pretty outside (early March), and there were a couple of benches, so I sat outside. 1/2 Star. Service - I think this is the new trend, but you now order through a kiosk. Now, there a lot of positives, because you can take your time and scroll through the selections. But for me, there's something about interacting with someone and asking for opinions. On the other hand, it allows the staff to craft your crêpe in the open, which is cool to watch. 1/2 Star. Food - Full Disclosure - I went with my daughter so I'm basing this review on her opinion. She went with the Chocolate Banana. Now, it was loaded, and the folks at T-Swirl Crêpe do not skimp on the ingredients. Each crêpe is carefully crafted from fresh batter. My daughter gave her approval. When I asked her how did her Chocolate and Banana crêpe taste? "Like chocolate and banana". Thumbs up. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. While the very warm temperature inside made it too uncomfortable for me to stay inside to watch the staff construct the crêpes, my previous visits have been great. I just hope the A/C kicks in when the Texas summer arrives. 1 Star.
