Must have changed my ownership as it's got a new look. Fresh paint and wall decor. Looks good. Foods the same with good choices and the staff is still excellent.

Le Peep, has a massive menu and a cute atmosphere however their food could use some spices. My Harvest Eggs Benedict was sadly flavorless. I absolutely love broccoli, but it seemed to negate the flavors of the other ingredients. The service wasn't very speedy, however the place was packed and they were courteous. The individual charges for items that could easily be incorporated into the meals were extreme. There are too many breakfast and brunch restaurants to choose from it's not likely we will revisit.

Highly recommend. Food is always on point fresh, hot and delicious. Service always friendly and efficient. Ambiance inviting where staff remembers your name and what you like to order and how you like it prepared. Give the Las Colinas location a try you won't be disappointed. A+++

I ordered regular coffee and accidentally got hazelnut flavored. The waitress was telling me it is regular and initially would not replace it. Although a rarity, it had happened at their other locations. Even with the replacement, I barely touched the coffee. Usually, I would be on my second cup by the time I got my food. I wanted something different than what I have ordered at their other locations. I ended up getting the Berry Nutty Oatmeal. Although I opted for the brown sugar and some milk on the side, they were not needed. The agave syrup provided sufficient sweetness and liquidity so the oatmeal would not be too thick. Due to the fruit toppings, I just had enough hunger to finish half of the bagel.

The menu is straight forward. I recently ordered the lumberjack with bacon. I enjoyed the Mother Parkers coffee brew. I was most impressed by the culture of service. My server was Phoenix and she was so attentive and calm. When I overheard the other servers, the service was just as good.

I am glad this place survived after COVID. This is one of our favorite breakfast places. It has been around for some time. We had the Banana Split with Blueberries, Yogurt, Strawberries, and Granola. It was very healthy and tasty. We then split the Blubbery/Granola Pancakes. There were delicious as well. We also split a Egg White Omelette made to order. The service was great. We will come back again.

Came here on a Sunday around 1 pm for brunch. Outdated decor, older clientele. I was expecting bland diner food. However, the food was surprisingly good. Not amazing, but decent and filling. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Breakfast potatoes looked bland but were perfectly seasoned. I wish the English muffin on the Benedict was toasted, because it was just a soggy mess, but the rest of the dish was good. Hollandaise sauce was perfect.

First thing first and that our service was fantastic, I wish I knew the waitress' name but I cannot remember. This was our first time and it was so pleasant, the eggs Benedict was just like how they make them in Palm Springs and the churro pancakes are a must, sausage was so tasty and just great. I enjoyed this place so much. So clean and you get a ice water canister to pour your own. They include the smallest details that made the best experience for me. LOVE IT

Nice brunch spot with friendly staff. Stopped for breakfast after we landed at nearby DFW. Was recommended by a local and she was right.

First time here! It's ok. The Belgium waffles were good! The bacon was very thin.. My eggs were cooked well.

Mini Denver with added bacon, hash browns, toast.

Le Peep was recommended to me by friends. Their brunch is good and reasonably priced. I got the breakfast enchiladas, and it was delicious.

This review focuses on the Las Colinas location. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Yolk - Las Colinas is located in a new area in Irving-Las Colinas with plenty of parking. Inside it's open with plenty of seating (some outdoors too), has Yolk's bright blue and yellow colors, but my favorite features are the big windows which let in the the sun's natural light. 1 Star. Service - Our server was great. She was very attentive and made sure we always had our mugs filled with coffee. I appreciated the friendly service that was all smiles. 1 Star. Food - Yolk's menu has classic breakfast and brunch options but be sure you check to table for coffee specials. I ordered an Iced Apple Pie Latte that was served in a glass mason jar. This small detail allowed the Apple flavor to start my breakfast on a high note. Speaking of which, my Breakfast Mac & Cheese caught my attention when it was served in a skillet. I intended to only eat half, but the smokey ham paired with the creamy mac & cheese under a light panko layer was too delicious for me to stop. The prices are a bit on the high side, but otherwise a geat meal. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. DFW is getting many great breakfast/brunch spots like Yolk. If you're a big fan of breakfast (and travelling on expense), it's a great way to start your day. 1 Star.

Young, high-energy staff and everybody was friendly. I had an adorable little waitress who was possibly high as a kite. But flower high, not the bad stuff. Honestly, it worked in everybody's favor. She was upbeat, extremely polite, and got my order right. I'm happy. The menu is one of those long double-sided laminated things with probably 50+ breakfast choices. Everybody should be able to find something. Prices looked to range around $10-17 per entrée, and the portions were solid. They also had a bunch of turkey and chicken sausage options for non-pork eaters like myself. I ordered the chicken fried steak with hash browns, scrambled cheese eggs with onions mixed into the eggs and hash browns, plus two pancakes. Around $15. Pardon the food pics. I forgot to take them until I had already loaded everything up with every sauce known to man: ketchup, hot sauce, gravy, syrup... probably a few others. I definitely recommend this place. A gem.

The space is large, comfortable, and full of life, even on a Wednesday evening. There are cozy sofa corners if you want something a little more intimate, plus an outdoor area that's "outside"... but not too outside, which honestly feels like a win. Drinks were a highlight. My boulevardier was spot on, and then I shared a smoked Old Fashioned with my friend that was just... exquisite. Smooth, balanced, and a little dramatic in the best way. Food held its own. The chicken and waffles were delicious, the chopped chicken salad was fresh and satisfying, and my friend's Reuben got a lot of love from her side of the table. And then came dessert. We shared the Whiskey Cake with praline ice cream, and let's just say, it lives up to the name. Decadent, rich, and absolutely worth it. Service was really good. Attentive without hovering, and thoughtful in those small ways that stand out. At one point, our server split the Old Fashioned for us without us even asking. That kind of anticipation earns points. This is the kind of place you return to when you're back in town. Comfortable, reliable, and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat.

Tupelo Honey trains its staff well, and I really enjoy coming here and interacting with the staff. 1 Star. Food - I always begin with the Biscuits with a Cause. These light, flakey biscuits are served warm with a crispy exterior and soft, flakey inside. But honestly, the biscuits act as a delivery mechanism for the butter and blue berry jam.
