I'm a big fan of this store and its products. The items may be pricey, but they are quality-made and I love the design. While at the store, I bought an item. I was standing at the check-out line waiting patiently and another customer comes up who must have already been helped by the staff, so I had to wait behind her. They had a long conversation about the product, before she finally made the $200+ purchase. I probably waited 10-15 minutes before it was my turn to check-out. When it was time to check-out, the staff member was extremely friendly, and knocked 15% off my price for waiting, which to me, was highly worth it, because it saved me about $10. So, I give this place 5-stars for the service and the quality. read more

Many people ask what's the difference between Le Creuset outlet vs Le Creuset at name brand stores. The outlet offers second quality (it's not perfect) and first quality items. Seriously, first quality items, no lie! Yes, the same stuff sold at WS and Le Table. Also, it's not an overstock outlet store. 1st and 2nd quality items are sent directly to their store. I confirmed that with their employees and online sources. Second quality: Fortunately, the customer can elect which second quality item to pick from in the store front or in the back storage room! Note that a second quality item can be so marginally defected, it's a shame to be demoted to second quality. First quality: DISCOUNT, DISCOUNT, DISCOUNT on first quality items. Up to 20 to 30% off during special offers. Discounts each month, too. You will not find the most current color, but give it time. New colors find their way to the outlet stores. Cooking demos and super, super nice employees always ready to talk about my favorite subject, food! Ask them any and all questions about using their products. If I could, I would give this store 1/3 of pay paycheck -- *uck paying bills. Not to mention that I will ask to be buried with my Le Creuset skillet and dutch over. I walked into Le Creuset needing time return a product because the size just didn't work out. When I was walking into the store I was told to wait because someone needed to put their mask on. The person putting their mask on was an employee ending their shift who should have had it on to start with. My two kids were in front of me and this lady starts demanding that they go towards the right because the employee leaving was going on the left. The polite thing to do would be for the employee leaving to wait on us rather than inconvenience a customer. I then start walking into the counter with every intention of exchanging the item for something else, but was immediately told to not touch anything. Laurie said we ask that you not touch anything or if you do we will have to Clorox wipe that item down. I said well forget it just return the item. I began the transaction to return and said to Laurie, the store manager, it doesn't make people want to shop or spend money when they can't see, touch, and feel the product. She begins to raise her voice saying that it's their "rules" because they have elderly and cancer recovering employees working in the building (funny how the gentleman that was working there wasn't wearing a mask right?). Laurie gives me back my original receipt and I use a pen and reply you may want to wipe this down because that's what she said from get go. Another lady name Darcy comes out (mind you a GROWN WOMAN) and begins to screaming and cussing at me with my kids standing there. My husband replies to Darcy stating "that's great to talk like that in front of kids right?" She then starts screaming along WITH Laurie to the point you couldn't understand either of them. We grabbed the refund receipt and left the store. I called back in to find out what Darcy's position was and she was the one answering the phone and refused to tell me what it was once she knew I was calling. I then spoke to the store manager Laurie to find out and also asked who the District Manager was and she responds back with I already let her know you would be contacting her, would you like her email? (Why in the world would you contact your manager if you didn't do anything wrong?) I am extremely shocked at the fact of how they handled themselves as grown adults. I completely understand many people feel lots of different ways right now because of everything going on and that's okay. What is not okay is allowing that to over step good customer service. Great place to come in and talk cooking. Staff is very knowledgable on both their products and cooking in general. They do have a scratch/dent section, but the rest of the store's products are in perfect shape - can't tell any difference from full priced items elsewhere. Most everything is cheaper than other retail stores, but look for the item of the month special for the best deal. If you haven't used Le Creuset cookware, give it a try. It's a bit pricey, but very nice/heavy items that last forever. read more

On December 11, 2020 My wife, daughter, and I visited the store in Round Rock Texas to purchase Christmas pieces of Le Creuset cook ware. In the state of Texas by order of Governor Greg Abbott, face masks or face coverings are not required to be worn if you have a medical condition. My wife and I both have medical conditions preventing the wearing of masks. Upon entering the Round Rock store one of your employees, "Darcy", became highly agitated because we were not wearing masks. She was walking around the store saying things like, "You people are the reason Covid-19 is continuing to thrive". "You people are threatening my life and the lives of other store employees and the lives of other customers". She continually walked around the store muttering derogatory statements. She then called security to come stand in the store for some reason unbeknown to us. We were there to buy cook ware, not to be harassed by your employees. Darcy was absolutely on the verge of having a stroke because the veins were standing out on her neck in anger. During this time the Le Creuset regional manager, "Lorie", came into the store and she told us that we were not welcome in the store and that we were breaking store policy. Lorie informed us, when we explained our medical condition, "we set the rules for our store not the governor". This was indeed strange because two weeks prior, we had been in the same store and Lorie was gracious and understanding, particularly since we spent approximately $1,000. She and Darcy went around the store frantically sanitizing all of the places we had been and pieces we had touched. Both of them were muttering about us while we were still shopping. At one point Darcy even informed us that she came from "good roots". With that said, my daughter smiled and kindly responded, "we come from good roots too". Darcy threw her rag, down abruptly and practically yelled back "I doubt that"! "Otherwise you would not be going around threatening the lives of everyone else". She continued attacking us verbally both as shoppers and as people personally. She and Lorie were raising their voices to the point of practically yelling at us multiple times throughout our brief time shopping. None of us raised our voice or spoke negatively to anyone there, however, we did try to calmly explain that the 'mandate' is not the same as a law and that even within the mandate it explains that for anyone with a health condition, there is a section explaining that masks are not required. My wife even offered to show her the information as both my wife and I try to always carry the information that our doctor and attorney recommend so that we avoid this type of treatment and situation. Carrying this also protects the businesses that we enter as it explains that pushing or demanding us to wear a mask against our doctors orders opens up any company to a $75,000 fine as HIPPA protects our rights regarding health conditions. Unfortunately, Lorie refused to even listen and said that she was going to call corporate and if corporate did not agree with her then she would quit her job because she is as high up as a manager can be and she is there to enforce the companies policies. Darcy went outside and told the people waiting outside in a line, "See those people inside without a mask?" "They are the reason you are having to wait outside". "We have to sanitize the entire store now that they have contaminated it". Needless to say the people outside were aghast at that statement. Several of them even explained to her that they were more than ok with the employees not sanitizing every square inch of the store and that they would happily come in after us or even with us as they themselves would prefer to not wear a mask if given the choice. A gentleman that was waiting outside when we left is the one who graciously told us what was said as we heard pieces but not all of what she told them. We apologized and thanked them for their patience as they were told to wait outside and that it was "all those people's fault". When we finished shopping, the people outside all but apologized to us for the way that the employees were treating us. What is really perplexing was that the employee assisting us, "Diane" never said the first word about store policy after we simply explained that we had health conditions preventing the wearing of the masks. She did not bring up contamination, dying friends, us killing their other shoppers, or any other hysterical statements that Lorie and Darcy were berating us with. Yesterday we spent another $1,000 in cook ware for my daughter. In the recent past, we approximately spent $2,000 in Le Creuset cook ware, not counting the multitude of other pieces we purchased prior to Covid. To be treated in such a manner, was more than disheartening to put it mildly. Diane profusely apologized to me when she delivered the cook ware to my car. She said that 'the situation" was completely mishandled. read more

Don't take your "human children" into this store. Staff was overheard complaining about said "human children" and how they'd prefer that customers bring in their dog instead of their kids.
