The shop is bright, clean and inviting I have had wonderful reactions with staff in the past. However with the past two visits, I have experienced a nightmare with Tracy. . The first time she tried to talk me into getting a nail dip. I explained to her that my nailbeds were weak and my dermatologist would not allow that. I told her I just wanted a regular manicure. She told me that my doctor did not know what he was talking about. she continued to say over and over again that the dips are the best for your nails. At that time, I told her to stop the discussion. The second time I had an experience with Tracy' was concerning an appointment that I made by telephone. I called and someone answered the phone and said that I could get my brows done and a pedicure at 11:15. At that time it was 1045, so I waited around the house before I started out. When I got to the shop, I was told that II could not get the two services. Tracy was the one who took the appointment but evidently a walk-in came and she ditched me. So I was able to get my eyebrows done by Azi the hair stylist. She did a wonderful job. She did a wonderful job on my .There was no one to do my pedicure. Tracey told me to come back at 3 PM. Because she took the walk-in and probably had another appointment after that she ditched me. She wanted me to come back in the afternoon at 3 PM. I her that I was not even supposed to be driving yet. However, she told me she could not take me. And I just have a warning anyone visiting that shop and over the phone with , you might not be waited on when you get there. I made an appointment online. Very easy. Picked which pedicure I wanted, any extras etc. they let me know that I would be emailed or texted to confirm which they did. Parking is ample and plenty! I parked right across from the salon. Upon entering it smells divine!!! Like lavender and lemongrass.. not sure what it was but it was so good ! Clean, elegant and quiet too. Not too big, not too small. My nail tech was Kristy. I showed her a picture of the toenail polish design that I wanted and she said "ok, I can do that for you". I chose the full moon pedicure that includes scrub, cream, paraffin wax and a 20 minute massage. It was wonderful and well needed !!! Kristy then began the nail polish and design. She took her time and even then she was quite fast. The design came out exactly as I'd asked. BEAUTIFUL!!! I was so happy and let her know. Kristy was kind and friendly throughout and so was the front desk assistant. There's an ATM inside for cash tip. I asked Kristy if she had other payment options (for tip only) and she shared her Venmo handle with me. Overall I was very very happy!! I found my new pedicure place and will definitely be back!!!
