    The package haven't moved in almost 30 days!!! It's only 40 min from here

    It's one of the worst services I had to deal with! My package made it to US from Europe in 6 days but they haven't moved it or updated it in almost 30 days after arriving! And it's like 40 min from where I live, I should drive there and demand to pick up my fracking package until it get lost or damaged, you cannot trust these people! The other reviews show you their level of competence... more like the lack of it !!!

    Never had this issue ordering out of the states now all of a sudden my package is non existent. No updates nothing and it got to the LA facility within 3 days of me purchasing the item. LA customs is an absolute shit show. Just gimme my package

    Uhhh.....I edited my previous review. These asshats sent my package all around los Angeles and it never even left the country, it's an international shipment. Very disappointed. Then they confirmed the package as delivered. Pretty pathetic service.

    I was supposed to receive a package of parts to be able to complete a project for a client of mine. The package was delayed from March 8 until April 12. Due to this, the project not only was delayed from completion, but also my client ended up losing a large sum of money that I ended up having to compensate them for. This type of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement. These current delays cost people serious time and money that they cannot afford. This is also not the only situation of its kind. As you can take a look from the other yelp reviews this is a frequent issue that needs to be solved by ISC

I've been coming to this post office for over 30 years back when it was on Century, then Airport, and now at its current location on Aviation. Through all those moves, one thing has remained the same: the kindness and consistency of the staff. They've helped me out countless times--especially with packaging up my books and making sure I get the best rate possible. They go above and beyond, and I've noticed something: even when people are rude (and I've seen it), the team still responds with professionalism and patience. You show them kindness, and they'll reflect it right back at you. Special shout-out to Kiki and the entire crew at the counter. They've always greeted me with a smile and made the process smooth. And if you show up early in the morning and hit the buzzer for package pickup, you'll catch a little vibe--they've got the music going in the back, setting a good tone for the day. I can't ask him to take a day off ( as at 11 am , with the trip there and back , his work day is almost gone !) to give me a ride mam'! AGAIN! We have bills to pay. So for this reason and not only , I also mentioned that in the fax I sent: please (!!!!) mail that package to my address : 2023 S Corning St. , Apt. 7 , Los Angeles , Ca 90034 . Please do that and will comeback here and give you a great review as you deserve if you understand the situation and realize : Is not my fault ! I was there ! The hours? Every place I looked says 9.00am . You don't know only when you are the door that you are open at 9 yet not for packages ! I never heard that one !     I have been trying to resolve an issue since early November, and it's been a long and frustrating…read moreprocess with no resolution in sight. My mother-in-law sent a birthday package to her son from Italy, ensuring it would arrive before November. However, my husband waited, and nothing arrived. Upon checking, the tracking information showed that it had been delivered, but to the wrong address-- a large box! The post office claimed they had retrieved the package and placed it in the "back" area, and my husband was told he could pick it up. When he arrived, the package was no longer there. Only certain employees have access to the "back room." One employee, named CHRISTIAN, told my husband to sign a receipt acknowledging the package had been received and promised it would be delivered the next day. My husband complied, but, of course, the package never arrived. Makes me question if Christian knows what happened to the package or took advantage of my Husband's anxious attempt to get his package to sign off any fault. This all happened on November 7th. Since then, we've been calling, visiting, and emailing everyone I could find in hopes of resolving the issue, but nothing has worked. The manager, Shanice Adams, did attempt to help, but in the end, there was no resolution. She issued a letter accepting fault, but I can never reach anyone for follow-up. At this point, we have no choice but to visit our local Post Office, but I am deeply disappointed in the service we've received in Inglewood. These kinds of issues highlight the broader geographical disparities and inequalities that certain areas suffer from, and unfortunately, our local Post Office seems to be the worst example of this. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to get this resolved. Moreover, I am unable to file a claim online as the package was sent from Italy. My "SENSITIVE" mail got moved swiftly (within 3 minutes) from 90058 to 90045 and arrived 90045 within 3 hours. 90045 (Westchester, near LAX) is an international mail center. It has NOTHING to do with domestic Priority Express. 90052 (Los Angeles) is the correct mail hub for processing domestic mail--so why was it bypassed? Previously, I've received all my mail (including checks) from the same sender without issues, the most recent check received was Feb 2025--but the moment a cashier's check was sent, it mysteriously vanished after passing through USPS 90045. USPS Tracking #ER183435080US confirms it was in transit. USPS Informed Delivery showed it was scheduled for March 5, 2025 (this was an overnight package sent on the 4th of March). Delivery NEVER happened and being "INTERCEPT" at 90045 since March 4th 2025. WHY was this package rerouted to USPS 90045 Westchester location? This was mailed March 4th from USPS 90058 and scheduled for delivery March 5th, per my USPS Daily Digest. Instead of taking the direct route (90058 -- 90052 -- 91755), USPS bypassed 90052 (DTLA location) entirely and diverted it 90045 (Westchester near LAX). 90045 has NO reason to be in this route! There was NO REASON for it to be in 90045--especially for an expedited delivery. "USPS 90045 is geographically OUT of the way from the sender (90058) to the recipient (91755). Why did my cashier's check (overnight delivery) get routed to Westchester (near LAX) & mysteriously vanish? This post office has a history of sensitive documents going missing. Even worse, 90045 is notoriously known for mail theft-HUB and handling "sensitive" packages incompetently (just check their 1-star Google reviews). 90045's 5-star reviews smell FAKE, masking theft. #USPSFraud. WHO decided to reroute this package to 90045 and WHY? Investigation and accountability is long over due. I have filed complaint to: - USPS - FTC - USPS OIG - OIG (Office of Inspector General) - X post - Yelp review - Google review This isn't just a delay--this looks like mail theft or interception. The USPS facility at ZIP 90045 is NOTORIOUSLY incompetent. A quick search reveals numerous 1-star reviews on Google detailing how this location repeatedly mishandles "sensitive" packages and important documents. So I went down the street to UPS store and had to pay a premium. Look, I'm not outta bounds here when I remind people that USPS isn't some independent retailer in our communities providing shipping services. They are a GOVERNMENT agency that should follow the basic rules of morals and ethics. At a minimum provide a "SERVICE" within there hours of operation!!! Is that too much to ask for? BTW i was only one of a half dozen customers being turned away and most of them let them know they were not thrilled about it!!! Shame on the mid 40's looking gentleman who identified himself as the supervisor for being disrespectful to those elderly women who were refused service that afternoon.
