Ok I understand it's slow, two people working, Christmas rush in shipping and what not. I wait in line for nearly an hr like an amusement park ride. I pick up a priority envelope and am next to get served. I give the gentlemen my paperwork sealed in the envelope. I asked for a pen to fill out the address and he said there is a pen on that table over there between where people and standing, then he takes another customer and I get stuck waiting another 25 min, all because I had to fill out something that took 17 seconds and you just made it extra hard on people. We get y'all are stressed, but don't make incompetent moves like that with loyal people. read more

Yes unfortunately this is the worst Post Office I have had to deal with and Yes Ms Karen she needs to hurry up and retire, she is mean as hell. They close the PO when they want to, most of the time there's no note on the door about lunch or any indication of when they leave or going to return. I called 1 (877) 876-2455 to complain on 5-4-23 to make a complaint which was taken and I asked how long is lunch for the workers and I was told they could not disclose that information. I asked, does anyone know when the office is open even though when u look up the time of operation it states 9:am-5pm. Don't even try to call the post ofc # that's listed, it rings forever or it's busy. I have called while standing at my box and I hear the phone ringing and you hear the postal workers talking, you think they answer, No way. I spoke to the post master for the district and threaten to have channel 5 which said they wld meet me there today if it was close. The post master was very nice and confirmed at 5-8-23, 11:am it was closed but he would send someone to open it up which he did and he called me back to let me know it was open. This by far is the worst post office I've s Ever experienced. I come in there almost EVERYDAY because I have an online business. ALL of my packages are prestamped and its like pulling teeth to get them to just open the door on the side to drop off packages. THEY ALL KNOW ME but still make me stand in the long line. When i finally do get to the front they are so short and rude. ESPECIALLY one lady thats usually on the far left. She is the rudest lady ever! She's so mean and I'm always so kind to her but IVE HAD ENOUGH. She doesn't respect anybody and she doesnt even look you in the eye. I live 2 minutes away but i much rather travel to another office because of how unpleasant she is. She should be fired! There are other people out there that would love her job and she doesn't appreciate it. Give her job to somebody that can treat customers right. read more

The customer service is normally satisfactory. The 2 complaints I have about this location are: 1) There is always only 1 person servicing the 3 available windows, so if the person ahead of you has a time consuming shipment you could be stuck waiting for 20 minutes or more. 2) I have gone several times during normal business hours and the office is randomly closed for lunch. The lunch hours aren't consistent so there is a chance that if you show up between 12pm - 3pm, they could be closed. Today I went around 3:00pm and they were closed. There was not even a note on the door indicating that they would return soon. I continue to go here because its close to my house. They really need to have a backup for the attendant on duty. read more

She was answering everyone's questions happily and you could tell she was smiling behind her mask getting everyone taken care of in a timely manner working by herself. Keep it up, Tiff. All i can say is how is this place still open? I grew up over here and my dad still lives here, so when im in the area i like to go up to the shopping center and see whats still hanging on. Well somehow someway this place is still going, service is sooo bad and has been for along time. So i need to drop off some mail, get there and there is no mailbox outside, so i go inside still no mailbox, so i stand in line, get to the window and tell the lady i just want to give her this mail, she tells me she cant take the mail to drop it in the outgoing mail slot that was hidden on the inside of the building. Now had i known that the mail slot was there i would have gone straight to it instead of standing in line, but SINCE WHEN DOES A POSTAL CLERK NOT TAKE MAIL, IM CONFUSED. They would be better off making it totally self serve, or a UPS store with postal services. Since they've redone the shopping center u wouldnt even know it was there, it is seriously in the cut. read more

This is a very small post office. It's tucked into the corner of the shopping center. I believe that they only have about 2-3 windows to help. There is a tiny slot for you to drop your mail off in there. They have a few p.o. boxes there if you need. This is not my normal post office but I decided to use this location becus i was paying my insurance in the same lot. They do have a few Mail boxes outside just incase you do wanna go to the windows read more

I'm good with lots of places opening late but the post office isn't one of them, especially during the holidays. As I stand outside of the building ten minutes AFTER it was supposed to open. To add to this the person inside didn't communicate int information until the man in front of me knocked on the door for a few minutes. We were then told the person with the passcode to the lock wasn't there but someone was coming to open it up but didn't know when. No one was there and it took forever for somebody to come out from the back to assist. I was even asked to step back from the window to fill out an envelope which should be quick, I literally just have to write the sender and recipient and when I was done, there was nobody there again. Where should I begin Inglewood!?!? Smh in disgrace. It makes me so sad & aches my heart to know that we can't get good quality service in our own neighborhood. We Hv to go to affluent neighborhoods to be treated as human beings by our very own kind...imagine that in 2016! Shame, shame, Shame Yesterday 6/7/16 my son & I visited this location. I hd 2 packages & 1 envelope to mail 20 mins b4 they closed for the day @ 5pm. There was no one in line & the lights looked dim so I assumed maybe they were closed but just hadn't shut the doors yet. The only worker(African American middle-aged woman) at this location was in a sour mood from the moment we walked in. Complaining that my 'if it fits - it ships box' had a hiccup & showed us how it should look. She wouldn't outright tell me which label I needed to fill out. Instead, she told me, " the priority mail one & that I'd Hv to go fill out the labels over there at the table. Well, they both said priority mail. I didn't want to upset her any further so I just filled out the long label not noticing that one said express. A male Hispanic came in & then she got quite friendly & chatty; even flirting with him. After he left, she disappeared to the back. After she surfaced from the back room she wanted to embarrass me by saying, " it was the one that said priority . Didn't u read it?" At That point, I decided I hd 2 options: 1) to leave & go to the airport branch OR 2) if I decide to stay, I would take this woman's insults so she wouldn't do something malicious with my mail. My son just kept looking at me as if him & I were both in trouble. I had to endure the constant insults, belittling & dissatisfied facial gestures by this postal worker all to show my son how to b tolerant. I kept looking at her name tag so I could remember her name but it was partially cover by her collar. All I could make out was Mrs or Ms Ka??? The receipt identifies her as Clerk: 03 I had tears in my eyes when I finally said to her, " Ma'am, I Hv bn nothing but polite & kind to u. I'm sorry if u Hv had a bad day but I Hv nothing to do with that!" I paid & finished. Then she wished me a good day. I didn't even reply. I went to the table by the entrance door next to the mailboxes to input all my tracking numbers into my phone & to take pictures of my receipt. An African American man walked in & they were flirting with each other so much so that he even said to her that there were still customers in the post office. She was shocked when she heard that. I felt like she had a bad mood with me because I was a woman & she couldn't flirt with me. It seems like Flirting made her feel better about herself & her life. I called the opinion hotline & gave an awful review & also called the 800# on the top of my receipt & made a formal complaint with the Postmasters General. I got a case number & am waiting for someone to call me back so I can give them the full bill & receipt. Too bad there is no negative stars, cause this post office would get it. read more

I would've given it one star but I won't take away from the young lady (Saida) who helped me out. The older lady Karen was not helping her at all, six people in line and she was walking around not doing anything and then finally decided to work and when I got to her window I needed help with the instructions for something and all she kept doing was pointing at the instructions saying follow the instructions. I wanted to know which numbers do I put for certified mail being that i never did it before and she was no help at all. Very rude.
