Althought this UPS store is 35 minutes away it is the only local one we have near us. We return everything through here and returns for Amazon. They are a high volume store it gets busy but at the same time folks come in and out of here within minutes. Service is fast and friendly. There is plenty parking it is in a big plaza. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this UPS Store. I was in line for approximately 29 minutes, and when I arrived there were only two customers ahead of me. During almost my entire wait, there was only one employee (a female) working the front counter while the other employee spent most of the time walking around on his phone. When the UPS truck arrived, he immediately got off the phone to assist the driver, but there was still only one person helping the growing line of customers. By the time I left, there were 12 people waiting in line, and the photo I took from my car doesn't even show everyone because there were still people inside the store. What made the wait even more frustrating was that while helping a customer, the employee spent time chatting about clothing the customer was returning and discussing needing outfits for an upcoming vacation. I understand being friendly and providing good customer service, but when a line is backed up like that, conversations should stay focused on completing the transaction so everyone else can be helped. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated experience. It seems like every time I visit this location there's some kind of issue with long wait times or poor workflow. The only reason I continue coming here is because it's the closest UPS Store to my home. Waiting nearly 30 minutes when I was only the third person in line is simply unacceptable. read more

The staff here always goes above and beyond. I had taped my label on the wrong way and they could have easily said "sorry sir nothing we can do". Instead, Mikaili helped me retape my bag (which was full of old nespresso pods by the way and smelled so gross that I would I would have told myself "sorry can't help") and get it so the label was visible. I hate being an inconvenience to others which is why I dread returns with a passion. On this particular night, I had five of them, one of which required a box and label, as well as a package I needed to overnight. I also walked in 10 minutes before closing which didn't help my anxiety -- fortunately, I was helped by Glenn who had the patience of a saint. Glenn not only took my returns and processed them with a breeze, he helped me save $20+ by opting for a different shipping option that would have gotten the package there the same day without me even asking him to. I shipped a package using the next day air option to ensure my recipient would receive it the very next day. The girl at the counter assured me that the package would be delivered as promised. However, it wasn't delivered the next day due to her incompetence and her failure to properly mark the package for next day delivery, which cost me a lot of money. I called UPS, and they informed me that the store employee who handled my package didn't process the next day air shipment correctly. read more

If you want the bare minimum shipping task done, this place is fine. Employees have always been pretty good. But if you want to do any office-type printing, go to the branch on Normandie instead. For being a fairly decent sized store the service is incredibly sloooooow. I mean they got two people working but still it takes about 5 to 10 min for each person in line just to process and get them out. If your box is not taped closed or the label is not taped on then they want to charge you 1$ to tape it. Just a heads up. Plaza has plenty of parking and food and a 24hrs gym near by. There were 5 employees working, 2 were painting the interior. The store was a mess, boxes everywhere. I was next in line and the clerk took a customer behind me because she had a package to pick up and then pay for a roll of tape. I always have problems at this UPS store and will not give them my business. I would rather go to the store in Midtown because they are clean, courteous and professional. This store in Hawthorne has no internet so I have to make sure I pull up my return code before getting there. And once I had to leave because their "system" was down. I've been a customer there for the last 6 years. Very nice people. I never lost a package. I always get excellent communications by email or they call me. Some times they give me a free month rent. Always organized and my packages are well tracked I wonder how thousands of packages don't get mixed up with that much business and customers?!! Shippers beware, I shipped a box to my son at college and unfortunately several items arrived damaged. I was confident that because I had purchased insurance, that UPS would cover the replacement cost which was under a $100. To my dismay UPS refused to honor the agreement and cited that the damage was related to improper packaging. I was truly surprised at this flimsy excuse because I purchased the packaging materials from UPS. Ship at your own risk and don't waste your money on insurance. read more

This store closes promptly at 7 pm. I arrived at 7:02pm and was not allowed to enter to ship my package. Frustration, the web site, says 7:30. Watch out for web details for UPS, as the 3600 Century Blvd. location has been shut down and I was directed to that location I will ship with the USPS from now on, to avoid this frustration. read more

I am always treated as a valued customer, I am always greeted with a warm welcome and in some cases they have my packages ready for me when they see me coming.
