    Raggedy, old, slow, no supplies, always out of stuff, mediocre customer service. Needs a face lift bad. Needs more employees. Much better post office in other areas if you know what I mean.... smh. I only come here because it's close to my house otherwise I would go somewhere else. Surprisingly enough the guy at the counter this morning at 1000 was very nice and professional. Pleasant surprise.

    Apparently the notice saying my package was delivered at 11:46am. But the mailman nor the package made an appearance on my camera

    I'm back again. And yes I still have my cameras that are pointed directly at the mailbox due to theft. Well supposedly a mailman delivered a package to my box Only problem that package wasn't there and neither was the mailman when I looked at my camera footage So why scan an item to say you delivered it when you never came to the address? This isn't the first time a mailman has done this in the 300 block of Warren Lane 90302

    I've been to plenty of US Post Offices and this one is by far the worst one that I have been to. I went on a weekday during lunch hours and there was one person working at the window. We were told that everyone called out and she was by herself. I could not complete my transaction because she told me the system was down. I don't think that's what happened because, she was was just pressing buttons on the computer. Everyone in line also saw her frantically looking for tape or other items to help the customers. One customer had to tell her where the tape was located because she always frequents this particular post office. Fast forward to Saturday; this was worse than the day before. I went in on Saturday and checked the time that the post office opened. On the door it says that it was open on Saturday's at 9:00am. I arrived at 9:45 and the building was not open. The same woman that was by herself was there again and told us "please wait for a moment I can't open up the safe because it's too difficult. Once I get it opened up, I'll let you all in." There was a line outside so we waited and talked amongst ourselves. So, 30 minutes pass by and she walks out and tells us the same thing about the safe. We wait for another 15 minutes and we don't see her anymore. People start to knock on the door and no one answered. After awhile, I finally left because it appeared that she completely left and did not come back. I do not plan on ever going back to this particular post office unless I absolutely have to. After speaking to other customers, they informed me that this happens regularly and they never open up on time if not at all. I feel that a sign should have been posted at least to let everyone know about "technical issues." Here's proof and a time stamp to show that it was not open on time.

    USPS services are disappointingly slow, often resulting in long lines, especially during rush-hour periods. Bringing your packages here for delivery can be an exercise in frustration. I'd recommend exploring alternative delivery options for a more efficient experience.

    First and last time ever visiting this location. I was yelled at a shushed away because they decided they wanted to close 30 minutes early.

    How are you allowed to close for one hour in the afternoon, put a piece of paper up on the window and say you're gonna be back by 2:45 PM?

Well...I was there and regardless that EVERYWHERE you advertise your hours : M-F 9am -5 pm , at 9 am when I was there ? A girl start yelling at me, from inside through the window, telling me you guys open at 11. I faxed you attaching my maps history showing the time and the fact that I was there . Here is the issue : my husband went late to work that day to give me a ride there . I can't ask him to take a day off ( as at 11 am , with the trip there and back , his work day is almost gone !) to give me a ride mam'! AGAIN! We have bills to pay. So for this reason and not only , I also mentioned that in the fax I sent: please (!!!!) mail that package to my address : 2023 S Corning St. , Apt. 7 , Los Angeles , Ca 90034 . Please do that and will comeback here and give you a great review as you deserve if you understand the situation and realize : Is not my fault ! I was there ! The hours? Every place I looked says 9.00am . You don't know only when you are the door that you are open at 9 yet not for packages ! I never heard that one ! You can imagine how I felt , seeing I made my husband go late to work , drive more then an hour to reach there ( rush hour right ? ), for nothing ! I tried to explain to that girl and she was yelling at me , showing me some schedule on the door. She didn't let me say a word! I left extremely disappointed and....yeah ....so please! Is not that I don't want to come there. I have no transportation anymore, so please mail me the package. I gave you a three stars as I don't know yet what you'll do. But I know what I will do : will write or a good review here and to your executives or a complaint . Sorry ...is really up to you . Thank you This site is great ! I just learned that you can post pictures too ...So yes, there is the screenshot I took that day ! And as you see , was last Monday. So please do not send the package back, out of state!     I have been trying to resolve an issue since early November, and it's been a long and frustrating…read moreprocess with no resolution in sight. My mother-in-law sent a birthday package to her son from Italy, ensuring it would arrive before November. However, my husband waited, and nothing arrived. Upon checking, the tracking information showed that it had been delivered, but to the wrong address-- a large box! The post office claimed they had retrieved the package and placed it in the "back" area, and my husband was told he could pick it up. When he arrived, the package was no longer there. Only certain employees have access to the "back room." One employee, named CHRISTIAN, told my husband to sign a receipt acknowledging the package had been received and promised it would be delivered the next day. My husband complied, but, of course, the package never arrived. Makes me question if Christian knows what happened to the package or took advantage of my Husband's anxious attempt to get his package to sign off any fault. This all happened on November 7th. Since then, we've been calling, visiting, and emailing everyone I could find in hopes of resolving the issue, but nothing has worked. The manager, Shanice Adams, did attempt to help, but in the end, there was no resolution. She issued a letter accepting fault, but I can never reach anyone for follow-up. At this point, we have no choice but to visit our local Post Office, but I am deeply disappointed in the service we've received in Inglewood. These kinds of issues highlight the broader geographical disparities and inequalities that certain areas suffer from, and unfortunately, our local Post Office seems to be the worst example of this. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to get this resolved. Moreover, I am unable to file a claim online as the package was sent from Italy. My Mother-in-Law can't file a complaint because the package is marked as delivered.

This inside job should be exposed, fullly-investigated and under public scrutiny. My "SENSITIVE" mail got moved swiftly (within 3 minutes) from 90058 to 90045 and arrived 90045 within 3 hours. 90045 (Westchester, near LAX) is an international mail center. It has NOTHING to do with domestic Priority Express. 90052 (Los Angeles) is the correct mail hub for processing domestic mail--so why was it bypassed? Previously, I've received all my mail (including checks) from the same sender without issues, the most recent check received was Feb 2025--but the moment a cashier's check was sent, it mysteriously vanished after passing through USPS 90045. USPS Tracking #ER183435080US confirms it was in transit. USPS Informed Delivery showed it was scheduled for March 5, 2025 (this was an overnight package sent on the 4th of March). Delivery NEVER happened and being "INTERCEPT" at 90045 since March 4th 2025. WHY was this package rerouted to USPS 90045 Westchester location? This was mailed March 4th from USPS 90058 and scheduled for delivery March 5th, per my USPS Daily Digest. Instead of taking the direct route (90058 -- 90052 -- 91755), USPS bypassed 90052 (DTLA location) entirely and diverted it 90045 (Westchester near LAX). 90045 has NO reason to be in this route! There was NO REASON for it to be in 90045--especially for an expedited delivery. "USPS 90045 is geographically OUT of the way from the sender (90058) to the recipient (91755). Why did my cashier's check (overnight delivery) get routed to Westchester (near LAX) & mysteriously vanish? This post office has a history of sensitive documents going missing. Even worse, 90045 is notoriously known for mail theft-HUB and handling "sensitive" packages incompetently (just check their 1-star Google reviews). 90045's 5-star reviews smell FAKE, masking theft. #USPSFraud. WHO decided to reroute this package to 90045 and WHY? Investigation and accountability is long over due. I have filed complaint to: - USPS - FTC - USPS OIG - OIG (Office of Inspector General) - X post - Yelp review - Google review This isn't just a delay--this looks like mail theft or interception. The USPS facility at ZIP 90045 is NOTORIOUSLY incompetent. A quick search reveals numerous 1-star reviews on Google detailing how this location repeatedly mishandles "sensitive" packages and important documents.     Came in today missing my appointment time thinking it was at 11:45 but was an hour before I asked…read moreif it was still possible to come in even though that my appointment wasn't showing on their system from the hour before and the nice young lady wasn't able to catch her name. Let me do a walk-in wasn't a long wait. It really helped a lot as I was a first time for passport. Apart from that, the older lady took her care of everything easily and they both explained it all very well. The service was really amazing. And the value of their work was good.

I got off work early just to get there to send off a certified check that required a dated post mark and priority tracking. Nothing difficult, typically a 2-3 minute transaction and move on. So I went down the street to UPS store and had to pay a premium. Look, I'm not outta bounds here when I remind people that USPS isn't some independent retailer in our communities providing shipping services. They are a GOVERNMENT agency that should follow the basic rules of morals and ethics. At a minimum provide a "SERVICE" within there hours of operation!!! Is that too much to ask for? BTW i was only one of a half dozen customers being turned away and most of them let them know they were not thrilled about it!!! Shame on the mid 40's looking gentleman who identified himself as the supervisor for being disrespectful to those elderly women who were refused service that afternoon.

    Possibly the worst business/service ever and if it i were able to, they would get half a star or…read morenone. They take no responsibility if they lost a package. CPB does not have control of the tracking for international packages, only USPS does. We have been waiting on a package for over 2 months now and it been "in bound customs" since the 7th of July. It is now the 18th of September. After multiple calls between USPS and CPB, both of which are not claiming responsibility for the whereabouts of the package is, we have come to the conclusion that since we have not received anything from customs saying the package is being with held, that the crappy service of USPS has lost it but won't fess up to it. Since it is an international package with insurance, we can't claim the insurance on or rather my mother in law can't claim the insurance on until USPS says they lost. It would be for the best interest of USPS to either find it or legal action will be taken on our part. It's absolutely ridiculous. We have already submitted the claim to have them search for it but yet they still insist they cannot do anything because it says it's in bound to customs. I call that a load of BS. You think maybe at some point during its processing that someone may have dropped the ball and didn't put if it was past customs. CPB has made it very clear that with the contents that were inside the box, they would not detain it, and if they did we would have gotten a letter stating so. USPS better find some way to get a hold of me or my wife to get this settled otherwise they will be settling something that doesn't have to blown out of proportion. We are taking full on lawsuit and going to the BBB.
