[[HIGHLIGHT]]I had came here before and was happy with my results from before I waited a couple more years after that to grow out my hair, long and healthy, which I did and when I had my consultation I made it known how I grew out my hair and trust them to go back to being blonde, and it was completely untouched since them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We came up with a hair plan and I was told it was going to take multiple sessions, when again I was fine with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I showed Anna my hair inspiration which was more of a HONEY blonde, I was told it was going to be $600 for the "blonde make over" is what Anna called it, which I knew hair is something you never want to go cheap on so I was fine with that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it came to the day of the appointment, she asked me what was the picture again and seemed like she forgot our plan.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In the middle of the appointment when I saw the bleaching, she and other stylists made comments how my hair lifted very good. By the end of the appointment, when she was blow drying it and showed my color it was straight ASHY GREY. I said it wasn't what I was hoping it to be. And [[HIGHLIGHT]]Anna started saying oh but this is a nice color, then told her assistant to grab the camera and take pics so they can post it cause someone was "definitely going to ask for this". There started the gas lighting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, it looked like highlights too. She then mentions how she's so sorry she forgot to bleach a huge part in the back of my head. That I would have to come back in in a couple days and she would fix it and the color "complimentary". There goes the gas lighting again, I shouldn't have her to come back for a mistake that Anna made. They kept mentioning it to me that it was complementary like they were doing me a favor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She wasn't able to fix it right away cause she had "other clients" which was just consultations, what Anna said.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was so sad and mad about to the result and as bad as I was being gas lighted and manipulated, I just wanted to leave. Comes to the checkout it was total $700. For a color that came out very ugly, and for huge part of the back of my hair missing of bleach. What made it worse was when I came home, everyone was telling me I looked like an old lady and my hair looked white. this made me frustrated and more sad and upset. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I decided to text the Salon and of course they were gaslighting me kept telling me that it was a complementary fixed when I come back in and that I would get 25% off the next coloring.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was also lied to and was told that Ana had confirmed with me that the color was not what I wanted, and I was OK with it which I was definitely not and she knew that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They then told me that the color came out like that because of how I lifted, which was a lie because they told me I lifted perfectly fine and I told them it was obviously because of the toning that was done wrong. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I definitely feel like I was taking advantage of, I got botched with my hair basically and was kicked to the curb because other clients were coming in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They then texted saying my satisfaction and comfort where they priority, but my overall experience shows it was the complete opposite of that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am writing this review now, because I feel like I'm really not happy with how Ana left me, so I didn't feel comfortable to go back and trust her with my hair again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went to two other professional Hairstylest, and they told me that my hair was not done as a blonde makeover that it looks like just a bunch of highlights. And when I told him that the price I paid, they said that I was done very wrong for that for the outcome of my hair that it shouldn't have been that much at all. They then had told me that they also got multiple complaints of lavish locks, hairstyle salon. They said my hair was a complete mess with the highlights, and that there were still a bunch of huge chunks missing of blonde. I understand when you bleach, your hair, there is going to be fall out. But after I went blonde, or "highlighted" with Anna, huge chunks of hair were falling out of my head and now my hair is really thin. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I regret going there overall, I wish I never went and trusted them and trust Ana. They are very gaslighting manipulative and it seems money motivated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do not trust your hair or your money with this place. read more

Well, after two years of giving Lavish my business, I've finally learned what that loyalty is worth here -- absolutely nothing. I prepaid for hair through my stylist, who planned to install it in a couple of months. She no longer works at Lavish, and apparently that means Erica, the owner, thinks it's perfectly fine to keep both my money and the hair I paid for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked for a refund -- nope. Store credit? Nope again. How about letting my stylist pick up the hair so I could actually use what I bought? That's not an option, and Erica knows it -- which makes her refusal to release my hair even more vindictive. The message from Erica is loud and clear: she'd rather pocket my money and keep the product than do the right thing. She'd rather dig her heels in than admit she's wrong or make things right. I had my hair colored, by kiki. she was nice and polite. I am a former stylist, and the job she did was good, but not great. Especially for what they charge 367.00 After about two weeks, i needed a touch up. I called and left a couple voicemails, no calls were returned. I have my nails done next door, on a regular basis. yesterday i bumped into kiki, outside the nail salon. I asked her why she was not returning my calls. I didnt get your messages is what she said? They were able to take out my old extensions and put them back in ever so perfectly. They are holding in so well after a month. They are nice and tight and I feel like the way they put them in with rows and beads was more efficient than anywhere else I've been with great use of space and still able to use all of my hair. Do not ever go to this salon!!!! There are the highest priced salon and have the worst customer service. Their hairdressers are sub par. Most of them are new and do not have an established customer base which is a red flag. They DO NOT send out reminders like other salons and charge you a cancellation fee of 40%. I was super sick the night before an appt and they charged 40%. And they booked me for almost $600 dollars worth of services. If you want to get ripped off than go here! I only have amazing things to say about Lavish Locks! I knew absolutely nothing about K Tips until I recently went from blonde to brunette and unfortunately damaged my hair and in turn had to cut it. I was truly devastated to have gone from long hair to short and looked into k tips after a friend suggested I try them out. After looking at a few different Instagram pages, I instantly fell in love with all the before & afters @ lavish locks. I filled out a form online and got a text from Erica the very next morning. I had let her know I was leaving for vacation and was short on time and she more than accommodated to my short time frame and booked me right away.
