I went to Maryam because my friend has gotten her hair done at atrium, and it turned out decent... I got highlights done and my son got a haircut. We got home and i notice what a horrible, carelessjob was they did on him. It was uneven, choppy and his neckline is way too high. I took a look at my hair, and I realized that my hair was extremely oily, so incredibly dry/frizzy and I cannot even take a hairbrush through it without clumps of hair falling out. I come in for my haircuts, color touch ups and styles. This salon also offers facials, pedicures and manicures too. My entire bridal party came here the morning of my wedding 2 years ago and we all received the VIP treatment. The salon spoiled us with strawberries, fresh fruit, spa water and bakery items. Had my hair cut by Melody today and I LOVE it. She fixed all my funky layers and gave me exactly what I asked for!

The haircut I got at this salon is an absolute embarrassment. I have never had a worse hair cut in my life. The stylist cut herself, didn't wash the conditioner out of my hair, didn't cut the front part of my hair on either side, and "thinned" my hair with thinning shears an inch from my scalp so now have little tiny hairs all over my head. Simply put she didn't know how to cut hair. She said she was cutting off 2 inches and then took of 2cm. Do not go to this salon unless you want a hack job. Worst experience ever. Getting another haircut ASAP. Not at this salon UPDATE: Manager called and was very apologetic and professional. She did everything she could do to make it right. read more

Such a bummer. Now that they have moved to the other side of the shopping center, they do not do spa services. I have a large gift card for spa services given to me by my family. I asked to have it refunded and they won't do it! I don't need hair services as my sister is a stylist and I obviously get me hair done for free and any products I need I get through her discount. I tried to explain this and got blank stares. I even emailed the location asking about it and got crickets in response. I feel like it's not really my problem that they changed their business model, and I'm due my money back. So I wanted a good deep tissue massage. I had recently run a 1/2 marathon and I wanted to get my muscles WORKED. When I called, I was adamant about this. I clearly asked if this is what they could do. I was told, "oh, yes..." So I booked the appointment. I went in and it was a smidge better than your run of the mill places like Massage Envy. The massage was great for a relaxing, stress relief type massage, but not for a deep tissue workout. This is a very nice, clean and trendsetting full-service salon. I was extremely pleased with the cut and color highlights that Marisa expertly performed on my hair. She listened very carefully, explained what she was doing and why, and was so comfortable to be with during my "transformation". I am quite happy with Marisa and the quality of her service. I would recommend her without reservation---she was great! I also took the time for a spa mani/pedi, as well. Sudi was exceptional in restoring my nails appearance & the pedi was so relaxing! Wish i could put no stars!!! Ive been here twice now. My boyfriend got a gift card for christmas. 1st time: I got a massage, gel manicure, and a pedicure. The massage was amazing, worst gel manicure I have ever got only because I asked for my nails to be fully painted and the paint was splothy(even my boyfriend said they looked awful) and the pedicure was very rough. 130$... I went back to give them a second chance and use the rest of the giftcard. This time on my birthday. I got a full set acrylic nail manicure. Ive been to tons of places and this was the worst. 50$ for a horribly painted french manicure. No color powders, no designs, no different colored nails(accent nails) I asked for thick whites, she kept them short, i asked for flared nails, she rounded the squares. I asked multiple times for more white white to no avail. I am not a rude person but the fact that I paid 180$ for 2 shitty manicures is uncalled for. Over priced for horrible work. Very disappointed in the pedicure. First of all, the lady never asked what kind of pedicure I'd prefer. No options and no pricing was given. No scrub, no foot massage (besides 2 mins it takes to put the lotion on) Had to push back the cuticles myself when she left to get the towel.
