My regular stylist is Marie. Unfortunately she had just gone on vacation. I was offered an appointment with Janae. I was nervous about a different stylist but was assured Janae was very good. Rude. They messed up the charge for my three girls' cuts and then copped me a ton of attitude even though it was their mistake. The stylist there was kind to my 3 year old, but barely smiled or conversed with the rest of us. Her cuts were very basic, nothing better than Great Clips. Not going there again. read more

I went to Maryam because my friend has gotten her hair done at atrium, and it turned out decent... I got highlights done and my son got a haircut. We got home and i notice what a horrible, carelessjob was they did on him. It was uneven, choppy and his neckline is way too high. I took a look at my hair, and I realized that my hair was extremely oily, so incredibly dry/frizzy and I cannot even take a hairbrush through it without clumps of hair falling out. I have been coming to this salon for years and I have never been disappointed. Selene is wonderful and has always done an amazing job on my hair. I come in for my haircuts, color touch ups and styles. This salon also offers facials, pedicures and manicures too. My entire bridal party came here the morning of my wedding 2 years ago and we all received the VIP treatment. The salon spoiled us with strawberries, fresh fruit, spa water and bakery items. Had my hair cut by Melody today and I LOVE it. She fixed all my funky layers and gave me exactly what I asked for!

The haircut I got at this salon is an absolute embarrassment. I have never had a worse hair cut in my life. The stylist cut herself, didn't wash the conditioner out of my hair, didn't cut the front part of my hair on either side, and "thinned" my hair with thinning shears an inch from my scalp so now have little tiny hairs all over my head. Simply put she didn't know how to cut hair. She said she was cutting off 2 inches and then took of 2cm. Do not go to this salon unless you want a hack job. Worst experience ever. Getting another haircut ASAP. Not at this salon UPDATE: Manager called and was very apologetic and professional. She did everything she could do to make it right. read more

THE best day spa AND salon I have ever been to! I received a holiday package as a gift and fell in love ever since! The facilities are clean and luxurious and the staff makes me feel like a celebrity ! Noki was the one who did my facial and brows and let me tell you she is AMAZING ! They did not give customers much notice when they closed and instead of enjoying a three hour spa day, customers had to come back different days to use up their spa package (depending on availability). Such a bummer. Now that they have moved to the other side of the shopping center, they do not do spa services. I have a large gift card for spa services given to me by my family. I asked to have it refunded and they won't do it! I don't need hair services as my sister is a stylist and I obviously get me hair done for free and any products I need I get through her discount. I tried to explain this and got blank stares. I even emailed the location asking about it and got crickets in response. I feel like it's not really my problem that they changed their business model, and I'm due my money back. So I wanted a good deep tissue massage. I had recently run a 1/2 marathon and I wanted to get my muscles WORKED. When I called, I was adamant about this. I clearly asked if this is what they could do. I was told, "oh, yes..." So I booked the appointment. I went in and it was a smidge better than your run of the mill places like Massage Envy. The massage was great for a relaxing, stress relief type massage, but not for a deep tissue workout. Plus for the price, I could have had two or three massages of almost the same quality at other massage parlors. read more
