Lili was otherwise a truly sweet lady who laughed at random and quietly brought me to a face-wince for well over half of the 90 minutes I'd hoped I could relax through. I initially came in 45 minutes early and met April, informing her that I'd be back in after running home some groceries. Somehow this other person greeted me, and I was placed under her hands, and I have no idea how different it might have been if I had seen April. I won't be back to test the theory of a better experience. I get a lot of massages as a retired delivery driver, and I don't like leaving in more pain than when I arrived. Won't be back. Wish I could say otherwise.

The workers kept yelling and talking to each other while giving my husband and I a massage. The atmosphere felt chaotic and not relaxing. They also kept switching staff mid massage. My husband had three different people massaging him at separate times, it definitely ruined the consistency of the massage. They kept walking in/out of the room to get stuff or to go talk with the other workers. But what got to me the most is that they overcharged us by $10 because the lady in the front didn't know how to do basic math, but we still ended up leaving a tip on top of the overcharge when we first booked the massage. After the massage was over, the same lady had the audacity to come up to us and say that "Your tip is too low" and straight up asking for a higher tip. I was thrown off guard because I couldn't believe that someone would ask for a bigger tip (especially considering that they overcharged us in the first place). That was just so rude and unprofessional. Also the massage was mediocre so I feel like it was our right to decide how much we want to tip. I hope the extra tip they asked for was worth losing us as customers.

Salon Nuriche--I love this salon--it is decorated so pretty and warm inside. The stylists are warm and friendly and make sure that you are welcome when you come thru the door. I have lived in Auburn most of my life and have bounced around from one hair salon to another, because I never really felt satisfied with my hair cuts. I have never had someone work with my hair that I felt was my "stylist/colorist", but since my daughter and I have gotten such consistently awesome haircuts and from Katrina for the last three years that I can't really think of going to anyone else now. Katrina is really good about listening to what I'm looking for and translating it into a really cute haircut. She's very meticulous and I really think it shows in the way my hair looks and the fact that her cuts and colors grow out really well. She's really a very positive and warm hearted person! If you refer someone you will get a free deep conditioning treatment -fortunately my daughter and I are usually asked where we get our hair done--so most of our conditioning treatments are paid for by word of mouth. read more

Just discovered Salon Nuriche(new to the area) didn't know what to expect simply walked in and was lucky enough to meet Kristina Wright! Wonderful, young beautiful, experienced person. She took the time to find out about "my hair" this meant talking about color, cut and style and how I wear my hair. I loved the color she suggested and more so the highlights (which I would not have thought of myself) walked out feeling pretty! I even got several compliments from my teenage girls! Love, Love, Love the atmosphere wonderful engery at Salon Nuriche. Honesty, I never get this lucky with my hair! Usually it takes a few visits with the same person. Great experience! I went to salon nuriche to get my hair cut when my normal stylist at a nother salon couldn't fit me in. The inside is well decorated but I wasnt as pleased with my service. I went to Katrina. She seemed inexperienced and at times a bit immature. Her mom kept coming over to visit in the middle of my appoitnment, and I thought that was a little rude. I felt that even though the prices are fair, it was not worth the end result. I have not tried any of the other stylists or any of their other services, and I don't plan on it. I had high hopes for this new salon, but unfortunately it wasn't great. read more

My daughter and I happened to call Brian at the last minute for pedicures. He was so accommodating and fit us in for pedicures immediately. I, and my family, have stayed with Brian since our first appointment and will continue to do so. He does the greatest work -most wonderful massage and an artist with nail colors. The salon is beautiful. Brian is fun to talk with and makes the salon experience all the more perfect. I have been a patron of Salon Nuriche since the grand opening and prior to that, Mary the owner has been cutting and coloring my hair for the past 8 years and continues to do so with care and expertise. Salon Nuriche offers personable service with highly educated stylists and top notch products and services including a new line of hair color from Italy that is more vibrant and lasts longer.
