I had been speaking with a lady thru Fb for a $100 Special ad she was running thru Lux Beauty called "The Lash Lady". She failed to return our messages last minute so I stared calling different Salons in Auburn for lashes. I spoke to Nicole as she answered and explained I wanted to buy my daughter a gift Cert for her bday. I explained my daughter didn't want cheap lashes so I paid $200 up front having confidence she would provide a great pair of lashes. I didn't realize that was a hefty charge until later. I was wanting a great service for my daughter for her 40th bday. So turns out she is the same lady offering these services on fb for just $100. My daughter and I both had been messaging her about this deal. She knew both our names. Never during that call did she acknowledge she was the same lady my daughter and I both had been talking with on FB for the $100 special run under her Company name on Facebook. I picked my daughter up after the appointment for lunch and you could barely tell my daughter had them done. The next morning they were falling out. I left several messages and she had failed to return ANY of my calls. Nicole is very dishonest for she already made a deal in writing to charge my daughter only $100 from her FB ad. That is so shady and the work was very poorly performed. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my Credit Card company to fight the charge for her services. Why someone wouldn't try to rectify a bad situation and instead hide from his dishonesty and poor work is beyond me?? Now a days it is clearly a bad position to take! We found a lady who does a beautiful full set for just $120. I wouldn't go here, Nicole is dishonest and saw a opportunity to take advantage of an upfront payment and took full advantage of my daughters bday present and the situation. Shame on you!! She's super talented and up to date with trends use of color, cut and styles. She's friendly to chat with and simply adorable in style too! Not every stylist knows how to help a girl achieve that "perfect blond" color but she does. The salon is kept very clean and is very open and airy with lots of natural lighting and windows. The chairs are extremely comfortable for us girls with lots of hair stuck who can be in a chair for hours. Love their new product line they are carrying as well smells delicious and super silky smooth feeling on the hair! Prices are comparable to most Auburn going rates. I went in last weekend for a partial highlight, when I got home to style my hair I realized she completely missed A LOT of spots up top, my highlights are about an inch away from my scalp which looks completely AWFUL & it has a yellow tone because she stated I didn't need any toner. I wanted a refund for someone else to fix my hair & she said no, she also stated it could be the lighting...and to get purple shampoo.
