This review is for Teri Severson. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was receiving…read moreelectrolysis services from her for the past five months and had invested my time, trust, and money into the process. Unfortunately, the way this needed was very disappointing. I don't know why it was her concern that I come from far away. Despite my concerns about the service and not seeing the results I was hoping for, I still gave her the opportunity to continue working on my upper lips because I wanted to complete the process and believe in giving her a fair chance. On the day of my appointment 06/20. She had power outage at her location, which was understandable. However, instead of working with me to reschedule and continue my treatment, she decided to stop taking me as a client. I was very disappointed that after five months of being a client, there was no effort to find another appointment time or a reasonable solution. I was also disappointed with the level of attention given to my concerns. I specifically wanted my baby hairs addressed, but i did not feel that this area received the proper care and attention i expected. After five months of treatments, I expected better communication, professionalism, and consideration. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a client. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this service. Teri Severson only wants clients from Auburn area if you are from a different area don't waste your time

I know it's likely not the case, but my daughter and I feel a rapport with these hardworking women (yes, there are a few men there, but we haven't had experience with them other than a polite smile and exchange of greeting). Particularly, Sam and Hana are masters at their craft, somehow taking the time to remember client's names and mundane lives, making each visit memorable. Those are the necessary bits and pieces that make a trip to the salon..a trip folks can talk about. Masters to their craft! Shout out today to Katie, who my 10 year old grandgirl now wants to visit the next time she's getting pampered with her Auntie and Mimi. Talk about above and beyond. I would love to have these women over to our house for a meal and some camaraderie, truly! We just feel so fortunate to know them.

Nothing improved over 2 years..yet I was seeing her once every 6 weeks to get a discounted facial. I spent a great deal of money on the wrong products and facials way too often.
