Let me first say this- the employees and nurses that work at Vibrance are THE BEST and take so much pride in their work and their spa. I felt automatically comfortable and at ease every step of the way (start to finish and ALL my questions in between). I got a liquid facelift. What that included was; Botox around my face and in my jowl and got lip, cheek and laugh line fillers. The pain was 4 out of 10. My face looks better now than it ever has! Recently moved to this area and I made an appt for Botox. Loved the vibe here and went back a year later for another round... Went to see Jaewon and she was great. I'm almost 59 and we talked about fillers as my eyes are sinking in and she answered all my questions and I actually was able to get in for another appt very soon. The fillers didn't hurt just a pinch and she kept asking me if I was ok or do I need a break, I didn't and less than an hour later I was walking out the door. Its great to see these bags GONE! I have been coming here for Botox/Dysport for several years and have been very happy until my last two visits. The girl I used to go to went somewhere else so they assigned me to Mindy. Some people just don't mesh well. My first visit with her was alright but she made me uncomfortable and either didn't inject enough or completely watered it down. I wanted to ask for someone else. I should have! But I decided to give her another chance. On April 6th, 2022, I was left waiting for a very long time. During that time, someone came in the room saying she forgot something. That's fine. Then she came in again, with another girl loudly giggling. Irritating but whatever. The third time she came in I was beyond irritated. She still laughed and thought it was hysterical that she forgot something. The fourth time she barged in, I almost walked out and wish I would have. So unprofessional! Finally Mindy comes in, completely unapologetic for the long wait. She lost my chart. I have been coming here for YEARS and she lost my chart?! I was already irritated by the stupidity of the girl coming in and out of my room several times. I reminded her that last time she didn't inject enough Botox and that I needed to come back a few days later. I thought I made it clear that I would need more than last time. I told her, it was $250 and I usually need $400! She seemed more concerned with selling me skincare than anything. 6 days later I had ZERO change so I called and the girl who answered said oh it takes up to 2 weeks and you might need to come back and get more. She was very dismissive and I thought I already made it clear I did not want to have to come back again?! I told them both, my husband has to drive me from Sacramento and it's a big deal for us! Anyway, there was literally NO CHANGE! A complete waste of time and money. I mainly get Botox for my migraines and it didn't even touch it. It was so watered down it was insulting. The whole experience was insulting. Apparently I had pre-booked an appointment for yesterday. I received a text to confirm or cancel, and I cancelled. But then I get a text saying I was a no call no show and they had to charge me a $50 no show fee. I CANCELLED! I am beyond unhappy with Vibrance. No one went out of their way to make it right the first time. I was at least expecting a phone call but no one ever reached out to me. read more

This was my first time doing this sort of procedure. And of course I'll admit that I was very nervous about getting fillers as I thought it would make me look unnatural. Admittedly I look young for my age but even then I have some of the biggest under eye bags that add to my age quite a bit. I was in on Monday and scheduled for filler and Botox. I was a little nervous because the first time I came in for filler with a different nurse it was super painful and I couldn't believe how anyone could go through this multiple times lol! But I absolutely loved the results so I found myself back again. So this time I was scheduled with Mindy, and I let her know that I was a little afraid of the pain, but loved my lips and how natural they looked and felt and was ready for more. Mindy took the time to explain her technique, how she used ice and the vibrating roller thingy at the same time she was injecting, etc. Let me tell you that it made a world of difference! I travel almost 2 hours each way for my appointments and it's worth traveling to get work done by professionals that you can trust. Both Dr. Freed, Vibrance, and all of the staff in between have always been very welcoming and accommodating. I had coolsculpting done over a year ago now - I was told my results would keep getting better for up to a year. I had two rounds done on my lower abs, one upper abs, and one mid back (think bra bulge). I was told I was a prime candidate and I would see an immense difference, and unfortunately the biggest difference I've seen is an extra 10 lbs which I gained quickly after (at my follow up appointments, I continuously gained weight even with a solid exercise routine and pretty decent diet overall), and a little less curves. Because there was a slight physical difference (the curve gone gave me less of the "hour glass" shape but did look like some was taken away overall), they claimed it made a difference so they refused a refund of any kind (though my satisfaction was "guaranteed") or any credit to try to fix it with additional rounds. I'm still, after a year, so disappointed that I paid so much money for this result. read more

Overpriced - paid well over $200 for a microdermabrasion plus derma-plane. Treatments include lengthy lectures about which products I should be using or not using, contrary to what my dermatologist says, why I should be using the Clairsonic products, and pushing the Vibrance events or products for sale there... the spa clinician used rubber gloves while massaging my face and next day my eyes were swollen. Instead of feeling relaxed and rejuvenated I come out of this spa feeling like I've been completely taken advantage of. Sorry but I would NOT recommend Vibrance Spa. read more

This is the absolute best med spa that I have ever been to; in fact, I live and work in Roseville, but I still come here. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. They recommend the products that they carry, but they do not push them on you and make you feel like you have to buy them. They have specials all the time and my skin looks so much better.
