Would not refer her. If there were no "star" review, that's where I'd be. I had micro needling done…read moreby her in Sept.20. Her pen malfunctioned on my upper lip causing pain and inflammation and had to see a Dr. who prescribed an antibiotic series. I still have two scars. She insisted I pay for three treatments and when I cancelled after the second fiasco she refused to refund me a sizable amount which she continues to retain. She also asked me to return product which was paid for so she could "check" what she had given me. She kept the serums and gave me a used replacement. This woman needs a course in integrity, should have her license pulled. This is an abbreviated post. I believe we meet people for a reason: the Universe never forgets the good or the bad and it repays in the measure we deserve. Enough said about Chezza Badaracco.

I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising…read moreagain, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

My first appointment was with Tiffany, PA-C, and my follow-up a couple days ago was with the owner, Heidi, PA-C. Both providers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I also like that they offer affordable membership pricing and specials that make treatments more realistic to keep up with long term. Overall, I'm very happy with both providers and my experience here.

It just felt like she wanted more money and didn't care about my face.
