She insisted I pay for three treatments and when I cancelled after the second fiasco she refused to refund me a sizable amount which she continues to retain. She also asked me to return product which was paid for so she could "check" what she had given me. She kept the serums and gave me a used replacement. This woman needs a course in integrity, should have her license pulled. This is an abbreviated post.
