It was last minute but after hearing my story about how they would love to spend the day together getting their nails done and facials at the best spa in Auburn, The owner of this establishment squeezed us in on a very busy day right before the holidays so that my wife and daughter could have one full relaxing day together . Rhaina has been doing my eyelashes for awhile now and she is amazing! I was going to someone else for eyelashes but was paying an outrageous amount for eyelashes I wasn't ever happy with. Rhaina does them exactly like I want and always listens to changes I want to make. I see her weekly for 30 minutes but most people go biweekly. Rhaina is the best! Plus if you refer people you and your referral each get $25 off which means a free fill for you! She does many other services which I'm sure she is amazing at as well. Rhaina is a somewhat proficient lash technician, but clealy hates her job, and/or her life (I have never once seen her smile) has all the warmth of a Minnesota winter. I started going to her in early December 2016, and after my first set, she told me I needed to come in weekly for my fills until she got me going...which is obviously expensive at $25 per session after the original $150 for my first set (which fell out almost immediately in giant clumps) somehow she tried to convince me this was my fault (my natural eyelashes were shedding?) & so she wanted me to come in & PAY her of course to have her fix it. It turned out she was using up an old product that she didn't like & didn't last very well she eventually disclosed to me. I should have fired her right then, but I went along, as it was my first experience with lash extentions & at the time it didnt occur to me this was an outrageous practice. In had chunks of glue stuck to my lashes that looked terrible. Once she switched to a better product, my lashes did much better & didn't fall out immediately after my fills. Yay! Okay, so now I can go 2 whole weeks between fills (like everyone else) Awesome. Unfortunately last week I had a family emergency & had to cancel my appointment & so I let her know in advance that I would need to reschedule with her & asked if she could move my appointment to later in the week. I'm never late & I rarely ever cancel or reshedule appointments, I'm not a flaky person. Ive been a great client, but she just never called me back. I soon realized this was just fine with me because I would rather go to a place with good positive vibes & see technicians who are pleasant & don't take advantage of their clients & use up their crappy old supplies & gouge their clients. I've lived in this town since 1973 & this was the first & only time I've been treated this way. I'll be shocked if this business is still around in a year. Hey Rhaina, you might want to consider changing your business practices, not to mention your attitude if you want to be successful in my little town. Good luck Darlin. read more

I have not been there as a customer, but I have a good friend that goes to The StoneHouse Spa on a regular basis and she's very happy with their work. She also has friends she has taken there to have hair, nails, hair-removal, pedicures and facials done and all have been very happy with them. I've seen customers after being there and they looked great! I did attend The StoneHouse open-house and was very please with the people there, all were very nice and attentive.
