I immediately called Eye Candy Lash Studio two times, and texted, to get the correct address but no one answered or replied (it's now 3 hours later and still no response). I also noticed that their business name is not listed in the signage for the strip mall along with all other businesses. I won't be going back and suggest asking questions if you decide to make an appointment.

I've been seeing Kim for lash extensions for over three years, and I REFUSE to go to anyone else…read more Kim does a great job - I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and like my lashes are perfect (because they are!). Kim has had a ton of training to do what she does, and it's evident in her work. She also takes the time to take on new trainings as the lash extension world evolves and always makes sure to explain to me what she's doing and why she's doing it. She has helped me learn how to take care of my lash extensions when I'm not with her, which makes them last longer too! Kim is professional and takes special care with everything she does, especially since she's working around my eyes - which I'm SO thankful for! I literally never feel a thing when she's working and always feel super comfortable putting my eyes and lashes in Kim's care. Before I started coming to Kim for my lashes, I had another lash artist doing them, and let's just say it ended poorly and I'm lucky that she didn't damage my eye permanently. Kim takes time to make sure everything is sanitized and clean, which again, I'm SO thankful for. She cleans all of her tools between clients, constantly uses hand sanitizer throughout our appointments, and has added extra precautions with recent appointments given everything going on with COVID. I never feel like my health & safety are being compromised when I'm at an appointment with her. Finally, Kim is just an overall great person. She's so sweet, and we click really well. Every appointment just feels like I'm catching up with a friend - because that's what Kim is to me. She truly cares about me and what I have to talk about. Like I said above, I refuse to go to anyone else but Kim, and I would 110% recommend Kim to anyone considering getting lash extensions (or even switching estheticians like I did).

We searched for someone who also uses the extreme lashes and would work well with her.. but I'm sorry.. no one has her magic hands. I am not going to sit here and bash the new lady. She was nice and all.. but I left with my lashes looking like I put mascara on them. If that's what I was going for.. j would put mascara on them. When I began getting lashes I was going through issues with my skin (which she also helped me with) and I was insecure. So I decided to get lashes done to boost my confidence. She explained the service, what to expect and every step as she did it. She was even honest enough to tell me that getting extensions would do a disservice to my real lashes. She's great & doesn't try to push any of her other services, although we did talk about all that she does and I will most likely be going back in the future for my eyebrows. First, I want to talk about her service about lashes since that's what I got done with her. It's good, not the best. I've been to other places and the best ones that I've gotten were further away and since I saw the reviews with Rimma, I decided I wanted to try her out. The reason why I'm writing this is to comment about her customer service or lack thereof. When I walked into the main salon and I saw her space with the sliding door closed, I knocked, smiled, and waved hi. She just gave me a look then opened the sliding door after she was done preparing her things. When she opened the door, she didn't say much and only told me to lay down. I don't want to go into details because I think a friend of mine knows and goes to her and I'd rather remain anonymous. She told me she didn't need anymore clients. Ok, I get that. Good for her. But when she said that she's done with previous clients and are fed up with them I thought, that's unfortunate to hear but I'm a client too. I don't want to hear her complaining about her other customers and how they seem like irritants to her. At the end of the appointment I felt bad. I felt bad because she made me feel bad. She complained about how I was with her too. Her comments were so rude about me and other clients. She made me feel like she's doing me a favor by servicing me. She told me that I get a reward for being her worst client of the week. Yes, she really said that. She was annoyed that I had coffee before coming to the appointment and that I had to shift a couple of times (and I also asked her to tell me when I can shift) because I was a bit shaky. I'm a mom of a newborn and I really needed coffee that morning. I also am very claustrophobic so I can't lay down still for too long. I seriously couldn't believe that she said that. I get that some people don't have a bubbly and warm personality but if you choose to be in this business where people pay you hundreds of dollars, the least you could do is make them feel comfortable. Unbelievable. I tell all my friends about her because that was just an awful experience. I hope she improves her customer service if she wants to stay in business.

I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again
