I am giving a poor review because I thought this place wasn't professional. First of all, it was…read moreextremely loud. The workers kept yelling and talking to each other while giving my husband and I a massage. The atmosphere felt chaotic and not relaxing. They also kept switching staff mid massage. My husband had three different people massaging him at separate times, it definitely ruined the consistency of the massage. They kept walking in/out of the room to get stuff or to go talk with the other workers. But what got to me the most is that they overcharged us by $10 because the lady in the front didn't know how to do basic math, but we still ended up leaving a tip on top of the overcharge when we first booked the massage. After the massage was over, the same lady had the audacity to come up to us and say that "Your tip is too low" and straight up asking for a higher tip. I was thrown off guard because I couldn't believe that someone would ask for a bigger tip (especially considering that they overcharged us in the first place). That was just so rude and unprofessional. Also the massage was mediocre so I feel like it was our right to decide how much we want to tip. I hope the extra tip they asked for was worth losing us as customers.
