I went here for the first time and the woman who did my nails was extremely unfriendly and hurried as fast as she possibly could which resulted in a really bad job. All I had done was a fill on short nails with one color and it cost me $45 plus a tip, which she did not earn. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I also inquired about the Chrome powder and it cost an extra $15, which is ludicrous. I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

I loved their service but the last time my girl made my nails so wide that they were cutting into my fingers. My hands were throbbing. I went back and the owner used an emery board to try and correct the problem and then cut me under one nail with her drill. She did not want to re-polish my nails. She said if it didn't work to come back. Well it didn't work. When I went back I was told to make an appointment. I left and went elsewhere to have the problem corrected. I had a $100 gift certificate from 1 year ago. When I went in to use it, the owner said she would only honor $50. First of all that is against the law. She then said she will honor $70 lol. What business takes someone's money and then says you can't use the gift certificate total. The pedicure it self wasn't great either. I do not recommend this business at all. read more

I just left Bebe Nail Spa, I've never been there before, so I was hoping to do a walk-in. I was greeted very kindly by Tina and was told they could take me and to have a seat. I was told by a patron I had just missed the rush. They are open 7 days a week and today is Sunday. Lucky me. The lady who did my toes name is Kathy. She was sweet, kind and thorough. She checked on how I was feeling the whole step of way. Her massage was therapeutic. Very soothing and strong at the same time. It never was too much nor too light. In addition there was hot stone massage after the first hand massage. I work on my feet, so all of this was a delight. I got the regular pedicure with the callus removal and french gel tip added on. My feet are baby smooth, my French tip is on point. Sandal season here I come. I highly recommend Kathy. read more

I just recently moved to Auburn from Roseville and never like having to find a new nail salon. I'm very set my way and don't like change. When I came to the salon, they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They are pedicures are absolutely amazing and I needed a nap even before they got to my nails. I always do some sort of design and was great. The previous nail salon I had gone to, try out had made my nails super long, crooked, and it just looks like crap. So Tina was able to fix them and she did the length and the shape exactly how I have gotten them for years. I had a pedicure done yesterday by Kathy and I was very disappointed and wasted $35.00. The polish job was a bit sloppy and she does not give leg massages (which is my favorite part). She rubbed a hot stone up and down both legs for a few seconds and pressed some areas on my feet and called that a leg massage. I really needed to relax yesterday and ended up leaving the salon even more uptight due to the poor service. read more

I was finally able to get a pedicure! Its been too long. Bebe has a nice menu of many choices, with prices ranging from low to average. Nothing too expensive. I was able to afford a manicure too. Fantastic! I called for a same day appointment, and they got me in at the time I asked for. I ended up with Kathy. And I plan to ask for her from now on. She is exceptional. Very good, friendly, and easy to talk with. She likes her job, and does it very well. I felt pampered. My feet are floating now. The rough edges are now smooth. The muscles in my calves and feet are relaxed from the wonderful massage Kathy gave me. She really knows how to relax her customer. I will be asking for her on my future visits here. I started going to BeBe Nails 6 years ago. Lets say I'm a Lady from the '80's, and I love my "Dragon Lady" nail style (severe arch(really severe), long and squared ). Today everyone likes there nails short and thin and round. It was difficult to find someone who would or knew what i was talking about. Tina is great!!! She listened, checking to make sure i was happy every couple of nails as she went along and she nailed it. She is pleasant and we have a great time laughing and talking. She always finds a way to get me in and on her schedule. The shop is clean and fun and a wonderful place to go to and be pampered. She is always updating her colors and techniques and has all the latest products. She pays attention to the health of your nail and the preventative care of your nails so there is minimal damage. i have gone to her for 6 years and have never had any trouble with green nails or fungi. I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. We had an appointment for two pedicures at 11 am, and the nail techs did not show up until 11:30. At that time, they overflowed my friends foot tub, filled mine up with cold water, the person doing my nails kept looking over to her friend to see what she was supposed to do. Upon asking her how long she had been doing nails for, she told me she had just been "practicing on her friend" (who happened to be doing my friend's nails). When I asked her when she graduated she told me she couldnt remember. It felt very uncomfortable, and like she was unlicensed to be doing nails. The towel she used was dirty & cold when she put it on my legs. She also couldn't figure out how to put her gloves on and kept telling me how tired she was. I am concerned of the cleanliness of this establishment, as well as if their technicians are actually licensed. read more
