What Jessica has done for my hair it's too good for words. I have struggled for 10 years to find a great stylist. I've spend from $40-$500 dollars on searching for Jessica. I struggled finding somebody to meet my hair needs for years and when I finally ended up in Jess's chair, it was like magic! This woman has helped not only get me the colors (I change my mind with the seasons) and texture I have asked numerous stylists for over years, but my hair is the healthiest it has ever been... And I bleach my hair to be blonde! It says a lot that a stylist can take what I came to her with and turn it into this glorious mane I have! I have gone from lavender, red, brunette, and back to blonde and each time I leave there feeling like 1 million bucks! As much as I wish Jess was my own personal stylist that I didn't have to share with anybody, her gift is too good not to share with the world!

From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and genuinely peaceful. There was such a relaxing, zen energy that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she understood my concerns before getting started. I never felt rushed or dismissed--something I've unfortunately experienced in the past. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and completely comfortable the entire time. That level of care truly showed in the final result, and I couldn't be happier. It's such a relief to feel confident getting back into a regular hair routine. I have had perms since the 80's and i know my hair and the rods that are needed to get curl. She said she had years of experience and used purple rods. Rather than get blonde highlights I ended up with a whole head of ashy gray for $10 less than a whole highlight. I had one of the oddest experiences I've ever had with another human with Nichole. I lost a…read moresignificant amount of hair (50-70%) after trying botulinum toxin injections in 2024. Alopecia is listed on the product insert as an adverse effect, and there is also published medical literature on the condition (BoNT-induced alopecia). I sought Nichole's services because I simply wanted to see if my follicles had been miniaturized, or if they were scarred. Once I got under the scope, it was obvious that I had a TON of seborrheic dermatitis - something I was not aware of. So this part was great - I learned I had developed a skin condition that was easily treatable and could possibly help combat further hair loss. Nichole used treatment products on me and then washed my hair. I asked her to please be very gentle, as my hair has been incredibly fragile when wet ever since Botox-induced alopecia. A lot more than necessary falls out if it is aggressively washed, versus just a gentle wash (I've had to learn this the hard way over the past 2 years). She said she had never heard of my type of hair loss which is totally fine. But I would've preferred that she had simply trusted me when I told her my hair was fragile, and that instead of aggressively washing my hair, she had been more gentle. She showed me how much had come out after she washed it and it was about 4 times the amount that comes out in a typical shower. She told me I had a lot of anxiety around my hair loss (who wouldn't after losing more than 50% of their hair as a 37 yr old woman?) and that I should seek therapy. I thanked her for the support, but also wondered why she hadn't been sensitive to my request to gentle (rather than aggressively) wash my hair. Anyway, the visit ended well, I thanked her a lot for her patience with me (severe hair loss is an incredibly difficult journey, and a loss of identity for so many) and for the tips on how to combat the dermatitis. Less than one week later, I received an email from Nichole stating that she was canceling my next appointment, and that I should never contact her again, because she had no idea how to help with my hair loss. Ok, fine, no problem, I responded. Thank you for the help that you were able to provide. THEN she has a lawyer send me a cease and desist letter in the mail (attached as photo). Huh?! I don't know if this is a product of our incredibly litigious society, or of someone with extreme paranoia. But what an odd thing to do. It totally weirded me out so much that I felt compelled to write this review and warn others that this lady may not have her head totally screwed on straight. I had no intentions of ever contacting her again. I was nothing but kind and grateful and polite to her. Everything ended with an abrupt cancellation of services and overly dramatic C&D letter. Makes me sad that this is how people feel they must treat others humans.
