The day of my appt I was greeted by Naty, who also happened to be my stylist. She was so kind and attentive. She took her time to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was a joy to talk to and she even offered me a complimentary drink. My hair came out beautifully and she offered tips on how to care & style it. I've been to high dollar/top rated salons and stylists who specialized in color and color correction. I've left those same salons/stylists crying with deep disappointment over their work and the state of my hair when they were "done". When I went to see Maddy, we had a consultation where she sat and talked with me about my past experiences. Without ego, she explained how we could lift my hair color, minimize damage, and still accomplish the blonde tone I was looking for. I took the risk and let me tell you, I am so grateful I did. She nailed the color with my first appointment, and I have never been happier with my hair. I've been back for root touch ups, and overhauls of my color. Maddy always suggests the best options for my hair health, keeps me informed of what's new with color options, and keeps my hair budget in mind. (too loose and frizzy) (Oct) Since the crown was so flat my roots were now very visible so i booked a partial highlight on my crown. Rather than get blonde highlights I ended up with a whole head of ashy gray for $10 less than a whole highlight. When i questioned the $, she said she had made too much and decided to use it up on my whole head!! (NOT what i asked for or wanted to pay for) When i asked for her fix it and give me some brown and add blonde highlights back, i left with brown hair and light brown highlights. UGH! I reached out again and now she will not respond. She ghosted me. I will not return nor will i recommend her anymore. BEWARE!!!

All I can say is WOW!!!! Haley did a 100% perfect job on my hair!!! Before starting, Haley asked me several questions, to make sure we were on the same page. She asked me what color highlights I wanted - I chose "icy". Never heard of it before. She said it was a cool tone of blonde, and that it would soften the yellow and brassiness in my hair. Of course that's what I want!!! My natural color is dishwater blonde (I hate that word!! I also have some solid gray streaks in the bang area/front. They are like completely white!! Anyway, Haley gave me the best color I think I've had in 25 years!!! I go to expensive salons, assuming they'll be top notch. Don't kid yourself!! I haven't had a decent, let alone stylish hair cut since I moved from Bay Area 4 yrs ago!! There are a couple stylists that have done a 'passable' job on my color, but what lousy, blunt, uneven cuts!!! Haley does it all!!! She's excellent at color AND style This is the first time I've had her do my hair. She's definitely my new girl. Haley is also beautiful, and young enough to be my granddaughter. She is accommodating, polite, respectful, sweet, and knows her trade!!! To top it off, she has her own personal salon in a beautiful complex. Haley's salon is adorable, great ambiance, comfortable. Only one issue: my gps was taking me to a different salon, in the Floor and Decor parking lot. I was 1/2 hr late!! Wild roots is actually near the floor and Decor lot , but on the east side of the building, 2nd floor, not in their actual parking lot. It looks like an apartment complex. I've been getting my hair cut by a Deva cut stylist for quite a while and Tina did such an amazing job with my curly hair and really brought out all of my natural curls. I'm switching over since her color and cut was so good and very reasonably priced. I loved her choice of music and she offered cold water, tea, a snack and great conversation. I love that it's a private studio and not a lot of noise, chemical smells or confusion. This is a great find for me and Miss Tina is so happy, positive and efficient.

She suggested adding lowlights to my highlights. She didn't tell me she was only covering over the existing highlights and not going up to the root where the new hair had grown. On top of that, she didn't cover my gray. See pictures below. I went back to have her fix it. She covered the gray but informed me if I wanted to fix the lowlights, I would have to pay $60 additional. I don't know but she has really poor customer service skills. She just keeps adding more money to what I already paid when she didn't do it right in the first place. What bothers me the most is her attitude and unwillingness to make it right without price gauging me.
