We were referred to Darci a few years ago to cut my boyfriends hair and she always did a great job…read more Unfortunately, I was still seeing some other girl for my hair cut and one day made the mistake of using that girl for hair color and I ended up with burgundy hair. Burgundy might be great for some women, but not for me, I have a very conservative look. As soon as I was able, I had Darci correct the horrible dye job so I could look and feel like myself again. After that mess with the other "stylist", I began seeing Darci for all my haircuts. Darci does an amazing job with my thick, naturally curly, red hair, she even gives me great styling tricks to make taming my unruly mane quick and easy. Darci moved to a salon a bit farther from us and a few months back my boyfriend made the mistake of going to some barber who butchered his hair giving him the worst hair cut I have ever seen. I was horrified and promptly scheduled an emergency appointment with Darci to try and fix it before an event the next night. Let me tell you, Darci performed a miracle on that hack job and although it took two cuts for it to grow out, Darci did an amazing job making him look presentable again. He will never make the mistake of going to anyone else and now we make the short trip to Auburn every few weeks to get the best cut for my mans great hair. Darci is awesome and is always so great at accommodating our weird schedules, squeezing us in when she can.

Not being familiar with the area or knowing anyone, I looked on YELP and I found my stylist forever! Darci is AMAZING! She was able to match my hair color perfectly as if I had gone to her for years. The cut was stylish and she takes time to listen to what you want (something most hairsylists fail to do once they have their scissors in hand). I just love this Salon and Darci is very friendly and professional. She squeezed me in at the last minute and I would highly recommend Darci to anyone! I have referred my husband and he too was thrilled with his haircut and will be going back. 2 thumbs up for Darci and you won't be disappointed.

Lavender Salon was everything we could have hoped for in a hair and makeup team! From the moment we…read morestepped in for our makeup trial, we knew we were in the best hands with Jess and Lindsey. Their talent and kindness are truly unmatched. We loved their work so much that we booked them for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day!* Jess and Lindsey listened carefully to our needs and concerns, and then executed everything flawlessly. Jess, in particular, worked wonders on my skin, which was struggling with a breakout and dryness both times. By the time she was done, my complexion looked smooth, radiant, and natural--I felt like the best version of myself without feeling overdone. Lindsey was equally thoughtful with my wife's hair. She took special care to achieve the perfect look, even bringing her own personal curling iron (that had belonged to her mother!) to create the ideal curl size for my wife's short hair. On the wedding day, they even made my mom, who was initially a bit nervous about getting her makeup done, feel so comfortable that she was all smiles by the time she left the chair. Scheduling everything with Sheila at Lavender Salon was a breeze--she was incredibly responsive and helpful in coordinating our day-of schedule. We can't recommend Lavender Salon enough. They not only made us look and feel beautiful but made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free.
