Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

The deets: Took me a minute to write this as I've been unpacking.. but couldn't keep my experience a secret because I want to see this business thrive!! I was probably one of the worst clients.. I called late to schedule, I asked to move our "move time" like 4 or more times.. my house was not as organized as I had hoped.. I almost forgot to tell them about a room until they were already almost half way done... ‍‍ never a frustrated peep coming out of them..instead they were nice, accommodating and super understanding. I'll spare the details for the changes.. moves are stressful enough, but they made it so easy!! The guys showed up right on time and even gave me a 15 minute courtesy call to let me know they were on their way! They then said that even if it was approved, I "wouldn't be reimbursed much, only like $60 dollars, based on the $/lb rate." Thanks, I already knew the reimbursement rates were pathetic, that's not the point. Your company value of "customer-focused solutions" is literally worth less than $60. Your movers broke our stuff, hid all the evidence, and did not inform us of any damage. The claims department then strings us along for months saying they "will make it right", and, "someone will be in contact to fix this", only to play hard to catch, deny it and say it will stay denied, and then tell me it's not a big deal. My fault for believing the verbiage on your website. I thought the "professional movers" would at least be honest enough to speak up when they broke something and I didn't need to babysit or record them every step of the way. Also my fault for not making them unload furniture from the fully loaded truck when they finished; so I could climb in and inspect underneath every protective cover for evidence of damage intentionally hidden by the movers. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both.
