Our HWH slide tended to creep out an inch or two during storage and had gotten cranky about…read moreretracting. I'm not gonna complain, it's 26 years old and all original equipment. Though there are HWH service centers closer to home, I want to take the coach back to where the slide was made, which might have been one of my greatest decisions this year. We arrived at HWH the day before service, plugged in for the night, and in the morning entered one of the dozen or so service bays. 4 or 5 Techs jumped into our RVs' bays or under the dash like a NASCAR Pit crew. Within three hours, they had solved both the creeping and retraction issues with the slide, inspected the hydraulic air bag leveling system (also a HWH product), and discovered a faulty valve and my air braking system, which they repaired because they're awesome. Then, for icing on the cake, they gave me a lesson on how to retrack the slide by hand crank, should the situation ever arise. The entire staff was as pleasant as could be; there were magazines in the waiting room older than my coach, and the invoice was fair. If you're lucky enough to have HWH Slides and/or Airbags leveling, I completely recommend visiting the mothership of HWH for service and to pity the unfortunate campers whose RVs are cursed with Lippert slides and stands.

Was told they would need to do a diagnostic test to find electrical issue, not covered under warranty, (save your money on extended warranty) They ended up replacing battery and adding anew electric Jack, I wasn't having an issue with Jack but was told buttons were wearing out and cracking but was covered by warranty? I show up after a couple days and pick it up. There is no power to RV someone had left the battery disconnect on. I plugged it in to my truck and it had trailer lights but no power to inside. I was told that the 7 way plug or power cord to RV could be bad, They told me to take RV home and charge the battery and see if I still have no power. This made no sense! I paid $445 for a battery and an electrical diagnosis. Left will dead (new) and told my cord or truck outlet was bad? Got home charged battery still no power to inside!! Tried calling service Dept several times no answer I left a message requesting a phone call and got no call back. I left a review on their website and a couple days later they leave a voicemail that I did not see till after close. Just very disappointed in the service and follow up, will be getting service elsewhere. Never should have left or paid for a battery that was dead and possibly a bad outlet or cord in their parking lot. So that is on me! You would think a $200 plus fee for a so called diagnostic would have caught a bad cord.

We were towed there and they immediately used diagnostics to determine the issue. They did not have the part to fix it but suggested a work around to get us back on the road to our destination. That was completed within 3 hours and we were back on the road! Very happy with the level of expertise from their mechanics and entire team. Very reasonably priced. Had my truck in the shop for a fuel contamination issue they ran into several unexpected issues I…read morewas promised the truck would be done same day, called to check on the status the evening person answering the phone. Matt was very rude very unhelpful. I was told they ran into unexpected issues and those issues needed to be fixed so they fixed them no call no heads up I was quoted $500. I ended up paying $1680 went to pick up the truck the following morning the original person I dealt with was very nice and accommodating with trying to negotiate a better balance price since all these things were done without my approval however the manager or owner, then came through the door and made the statement do not argue with him take the truck to our compound lock it up and he can argue it out in court. This is not a way to treat paying customers when a customer is given a quote and some thing more needs to be done a phone call needs to be made for the customers approval. I do not recommend this place at all.
