They ran into some issues with the install due to the lift manufacturer sending the wrong part but they adapted and overcame the issue. Install took a bit longer than anticipated as a result but nonetheless I couldn't be happier. Andy is absolutely phenomenal. Communicates well and keeps you informed about what's going on. He doesn't beat around the bush or stray away from telling you what's needed and/or what's wrong, just an honest guy. Everyone else I spoke to there was also just as friendly. He made an attempt to try and make things right and I do try to support local business which is why I didn't take it to Best Buy where I got the tv five years to be looked at in the first place. It sounded like he is trying to improve things since there was a more than a good chance the tv would have been repairable.
