When one tech would complete a task he/she would announce it and other techs would say "Heard That". They were working together as a TEAM! Respecting one another in the work place and just doing their job but at the same time not forgetting about the customer. The assistant manager was so kind and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and educate myself. He was very patient and understanding. The Store manager even came over explained my receipt and a detailed print out of what services were done. The best part is I was already under the impression I was gonna pay a goo amount of money for my oil change being that I am a mom of 4, wife and I doordash. When payment came around Jay asked me if I had any coupons and typically I do and could pull it up on my phone. But I left my phone at home too by accident (which is very rare). But Jay asked me if I was a Uber driver or DoorDash with excitement I said "DoorDash". He gave me a 15% discount. I did not expect that and without further questions or proof he honored it. Took it in to a mechanic and learned the oil plug was loose and the oil filter was misaligned. My car had leaked 1.5 quarts of oil in less than 2 months. I would expect something as routine as an oil change to be completed without errors. Unfortunately I would not trust them with any further vehicle care. **Update in response to comment** There were signs of fluid leak early -- I have a drain in garage but also thought it was A/C condensation mixed with garage dirt and never investigated further until another person pointed it out to me. The dealership fixed the issue free of charge and I believe their assessment was valid. I do understand mistakes happen but this is my honest review -- I don't typically write reviews but will admit I was frustrated with the time wasted.
