The team at Hubbell's found the problem and finally resolved it. Andy was amazing throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values honesty, communication, and quality workmanship. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust--especially when others can't solve the problem--I highly recommend Hubbell's Auto. Honest, reliable, and truly knowledgeable. My husband has been a long-time customer of Economy Auto, which makes this experience especially…read moredisappointing. We brought in a vehicle we are preparing for our teenage daughter. The car was making a grinding noise and vibrating when turning right, even at low speeds. Over the course of three separate visits and nearly $4,000 in repairs, the original issue was never resolved. We were told that nothing visible appeared to be wrong, that there were no safety concerns, and that the issue could only be reproduced when driving over 50 mph or "driving poorly." However, after picking up the vehicle and driving it home at or below the speed limit, the problem reproduced immediately during normal right-hand turns, including from a complete stop. Given the continued issue, we sought a second opinion. Another repair shop diagnosed the problem within 24 hours and fully resolved it. They were able to reproduce the issue immediately while turning out of their parking lot. The cause was a faulty left CV joint, which had visible play and required replacement. We were surprised this was not identified during the previous inspections, especially considering the number of other components that had already been replaced. A failing CV joint is a safety concern. If left undiagnosed and un-repaired, it can lead to further mechanical failure and potential loss of control while driving. Had we accepted the recommendation that nothing was wrong and continued operating the vehicle without further evaluation, this issue could have progressed into a much more serious safety risk. Given that this vehicle is intended for our teenage daughter, properly identifying and addressing any safety-related concerns is important. I returned to Economy Auto to discuss the situation and requested consideration on how he could make this right. To me a partial refund of labor, since the original issue had not been diagnosed or repaired after multiple visits seemed fair. I was informed that refunds are not offered. While I understand that policies exist, when a vehicle is misdiagnosed multiple times and the initial concern remains unresolved after significant expense, some accountability would have been appreciated. After years of loyalty to this shop, this experience has unfortunately caused us to lose confidence in their diagnostic process. We are very disappointed and will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

There's never a convenient time for either. Our Mazda CX-5's front right bumper was side swiped or backed into by someone, likely in a parking lot. Boo. Thankfully this was just cosmetic paint damage and not something far more complex. I emailed Waln on a Sunday night and heard back from the General Manager, Emily, first thing on Monday morning. I drove my car to Waln, where I proceeded to receive a repair estimate in less than 20 minutes. There was no wait time, but I would encouraging calling ahead so they know you're coming. They have 3 bays designed specifically for repair estimates. Customers wait in their car or in the waiting room while their vehicles are being looked over. Once I received the repair estimate I took several things into consideration (age of car/current value/overall condition, etc.) and ultimately asked if there was a second option. Chuck worked with me and truly made my day/week/month. Jeff is uber talented and he, too, made my day/week/month. Based on my short, but excellent experience at Waln I can't recommend them enough.

I bought 2 vehicles from them and because one was a lemon and had multiple repairs under warranty and others that were supposed to be under warranty, but they said that part was not covered. I went in to see why they canceled multiple times for a repair I needed and when I was there they reccomended I should go to the Audi dealer instead. As I was driving to the Audi dealer I received a phone call from the general manager saying that I am always mad and he Milo get wants me to come to the business. And he was calling to make sure I did not write a bad review or as he said blow them up online. I explained that they have been trying to fix the same issues multiple times and that is why I am in a bad mood. So a couple months have gone by and I did not write any reviews but I am now because I was having work done at the neighboring mechanic shop and they noticed I was missing a lug nut They said to go next door to euro and buy one. I went o er there and the manager came out and said he would not sell me a lug nut and told me to go somewhere else. Said he does not want to do business with me. So my families safety was definitely not a concern for him. This used to be a good company but the new manager is not a good person. I will add that the service manager D.J. is a great person and the only reason I have stayed doing business with them this long and bought a second vehicle. I trust D.J. and believe he tried to do the best he could with what the company allowed. Based on the general managers demeanor, and just friendliness and professionalism I would NOT recommend this company anymore.
