New service manager told me that both front CV shafts needed to be replaced "no grease left in joints" and the Rack and pinion steering gear must also be replace due to excessive play. I removed the axels and found nothing wrong with them, not even a tear in one boot. And the rack and pinion is nice and tight. I returned today and showed the Serv Mgr the axles and asked him to explain. He treated me with total disrespect and did not care that he flat out lied about multiple "needed repairs". We will not be using this company again, not even for a simple oil change. They didn't even bother to grease the top ball joints on my truck when I took it to them last month.
