He is always honest about what fixes are urgent and what can wait. They also stand behind their work and will correct things if needed. Hubbell's comes highly recommended by folks in this neighborhood and they live up to the hype. They've come in a handy a few times over the past few years, especially due to their proximity to my apartment - because who wants to drive longer than they have to when your car needs servicing, right? They do come in a little higher on pricing than other shops, but I believe you get what you pay for. The staff are kind and the quality of service on your vehicle is reliable. They've even provided a complimentary shuttle, if needed. They aren't open late in the evenings or on weekends, so they do get pretty booked up and it's best to call ahead even if you're not in a hurry. read more

I am so critical of repair shops. I have never done a positive review on an auto shop until today. I believe that good achievements deserve positive recognition. I do a lot of mechanical things myself, so I am knowledgeable in automotive repair. I recently started using an old farm truck that has been sitting. I kind of started to make it a fun project. I don't have a hoist and I knew parts on this truck would be difficult to remove. The time they spent on the truck and the communication I received was excellent. Hubbell's pricing I believe was very fair and they worked with me on a few items. The whole team is great. Keep up the amazing job. I will definitely send more work your way in the future. I don't even know where to start on explaining how good this place is. The workers are all very kind and helpful. You can trust them to work on your car. I had purchased a 2018 Audi s4 off of Carvana and it ran into some issues but Hubbell's auto repair was able to work with Carvana and get the car all fixed up and back on the road. 10/10 stars! read more

The most expensive repair shop in Marion! You're better off taking your vehicle to the dealership for any repairs! These guys charge the same price as the dealership if not MORE.. they charged my Brother $1200 for breaks and rotors all the way around on a 2006 gmc Sierra.... and the parts wasn't even AC Delco... Don't see how you guys sleep at night..... Update to your reply!!!!! When you work HARD an don't Ripoff people for a living, you need your vehicle fixed asap!!! And you guys take much advantage of that situation SMH! I wonder how many older people you guys RIPPED off????? read more

We tried another repair shop once because we knew someone who worked there. We've taken numerous vehicles to Hubbell's over the years as told it's place to trust. We agree!! We had a van that Hubble advised needed returned to dealer as shouldn't have been sold; they look over everything we buy used now and have kept us safe and from having to do anything legally because they are reputable and for that we are forever grateful! We've been told XYZ needs fixed IMMEDIATELY. Hubble chuckles and maybe 2 years later it does! We cannot tell you the number of times we've been told it's not necessary!! Not even close! All you see on the news is shops taking your money!! And here in MARION, we actually have one that is not willing to waste your money when it's not yet time OR perhaps its WASTE quality parts too soon. Or LIE about the repair and leave the old on saying put new on and charging anyway?! Who knows. All we know is that HUBBELL we actually do not have to worry and that's rare. Have you ever taken your vehicle to have a couple minor repairs to learn it exceeds value and isn't worth repairs? Then said: fix it anyway!?! To which Hubbell basically told me NO he was not going to because it wasn't worth it and if he could find all the parts they may not work properly due to their worn and old functionality as could only be found in a junkyard and that he simply could not do that and it was time for us to purchase something else and offered to help if I needed that! That obviously ended the conversation because how can one argue THAT?! Who DOES that?! No one I've known!!! And, we've taken a vehicle in telling him it's ready for junkyard but making sure; oh heavens no, that vehicle was worthy of repairs and six months later it 'tis still running (it's already paid for the repairs then for this 24 yr old son to have a vehicle!). Amazing! Hubble is something we dreamed of finding in our rather now large town(40,000) with so many shops not knowing who to believe or trust, yet never felt we would find something as amazing as we have like HUBBLE!! At Hubble, we've never had any issues and if we ever do we know we can count on them to fix it or make it right as not all parts are perfect. Some due fail or have manufacture issues. We trust Hubbell as we know many do. Often their 95-100 percent empty Friday at 5pm parking lot is nearly full before Monday morning when they open. I think I comment almost every single Monday morning about it! It's amazing! Seems to not be weather related; just the place the people want their vehicle to be! It's always a great reminder that we are taking our vehicles to the right place. Amazingly, I've always felt like I was their only customer! I've never felt rushed, ignored, not listened to....it's just a different feeling from the call, the office, to everything! It's seriously great! I think I didn't realize just how great until I chose to write a review! There aren't complaints because Hubble is amazing!!!! read more
