Upon taking it in, it was a routine check in/drop off procedure. They got back to me the same day, but here's where they won me over. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went).
