He assured me he would send the matter on corporate and I would get a full refund for the $230. I spent on services that left me with an engine that needed to be steam cleaned which cost me over $400. Here we are over a month later and I never did receive promised refund. When I called I was given the runaround with no resolution. The service time was reasonable for the oil change about 30-45 minutes as expected and less than I have waited in the past at other locations.
