Then he bent axle puting it in wants 3500 for damage he caused. Claimed i was over miles and it was out of warranty. He Charged me for the leak he caused. I proved in court he lied about the whole thing. He said i was over miles even claimed i put 500 miles on it when it left his shop pouring out fluid and i drove it straight back to his shop. In all he cost me over 10k dollars in damages to my 70k Jeep. Leked fluid over brakes that needed replced. Plus I had to redo the gears. Because he left it leaking three different times. I had to pay to get the ben axle fixed the he bent overtighning it. Any ruin my custom wheels Because he couldn't find a key to unlock the lock. Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. The staff was friendly and helpful during my call to schedule service and on the day of service. I didn't have to wait long during the service. This is all good, but probably true of many places. What set this service apart from other good automotive service I've had was the Vehicle Inspection Report I received. I got a text with a link to the report. It was like other reports I've received when getting vehicles serviced - a multi-point inspection with color-coded indicators of the status of each item . . . with pictures! I could see the air filters, the fluid checks, and the corrosion on my battery terminals (which made me feel more comfortable authorizing a little extra work). Maybe this is the future, but it was a first for me. Very helpful! My only slight disappointment is that I prefer to wait during service, and this option is usually reserved for early morning or early afternoon. It would be nice to have a little more scheduling flexibility, so I give John's 4.5 stars, (rounded up)!

My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went). My car is fixed, and these guys saved me $600. Will definitely recommend them
