The outside and inside of this location is very clean and bright not like other dark and dirty service locations. I only needed to wait a short time for others in front of me to be serviced. Once I talked to someone we discussed different options available to me and I felt I was not being forced to pay for the higher priced oil. We discussed the differences and I was able to make an educated decision. The service time was reasonable for the oil change about 30-45 minutes as expected and less than I have waited in the past at other locations. And it allowed me to have a couple frosted beverages at 30 hop on the other side of the parking lot. :) When I returned shortly before my service was done I was the only one in the entrance. I was quickly & cheerfully greeted by the Service Manager Kevin and he apologized for not meeting me earlier because he was with another customer. He mentioned that he was finishing up some research into some of the concerns the technician found with my vehicle. He showed me pictures and later provided me with prices and service times for each item. I was provided with email receipts and future service items along with the inspection details of everything from tire pressure to air filter quality. I would feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone who has very limited automotive knowledge. I do not think they would take advantage of anyone. I will be coming back for all my automotive needs. Did I mention the large amount of treats they have for the customer? From Twizzlers to fresh brewed coffee! Yes!

When I drove the car there to be inspected, I thought the car sounded and drove wonderfully, yet I was wrong. Bill, Ed & their team found more than I expected...a book of issues that included oil in the coolant system. Not a good thing, However, a discovery that helped me make the right decision. So yes, I recommend Al's for a used car inspection. Very thorough! P.S... the car lot I was going to buy the car from actually complained that Al's was: "...too picky and showed too much on their list". Well, they did exactly what I expected....they protected me from a bad car buying decision. THANK YOU!!!!! Rick (A simple dad buying his teen daughter a car)

I highly recommend using them for future service and repairs. The staff is so nice and sweet, which is a refreshing change as sometimes mechanic offices can seem a little gruff. The staff was friendly and helpful during my call to schedule service and on the day of service. I didn't have to wait long during the service. This is all good, but probably true of many places. What set this service apart from other good automotive service I've had was the Vehicle Inspection Report I received. I got a text with a link to the report. It was like other reports I've received when getting vehicles serviced - a multi-point inspection with color-coded indicators of the status of each item . . . with pictures! I could see the air filters, the fluid checks, and the corrosion on my battery terminals (which made me feel more comfortable authorizing a little extra work). Maybe this is the future, but it was a first for me. Very helpful! My only slight disappointment is that I prefer to wait during service, and this option is usually reserved for early morning or early afternoon. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0.
